"We are visiting Frisco from out of town and noticed this great restaurant was right down the street. We had dinner here our first night, and wow it was amazing. I had the patty melt and my wife had the meat loaf. For dessert we had their beignets, and wow, those were amazing too. We were so excited and stoked about the quality of food, that we decided to go there again today (Saturday) for brunch. The food was again amazing for brunch. The staff is very friendly. The review lost one star because the chef was walking through the restaurant, stopped at our table, and reprimanded us for bringing outside coffee into the restaurant (we are from out of town and didn't know the rules and also double checked that it is not posted on the door). It is never a good feeling to be reprimanded in the middle of a family meal. Other than the one bad experience during breakfast, I would highly recommend this place! It is truly great food!"

"We started eating at Big Tony's in DeSoto, Texas as my daughter introduced us to her weekly routine. Then she introduced her fiancé, now husband to weekends at Big Tony's. Imagine our shock in April when we were ordering food, and Amanda mentioned to the clerk her love of Big Tony's and how much she has missed it. Lo and behold Big Tony was there and over heard her. He was with some clients and came over and introduced himself. What a kind gentleman with the sweetest soul. My daughter and I were elated and she couldn't wait to call her spouse, lol. We enjoyed our delicious Philly Cheesesteak's again yesterday. Always made fresh and the we add the Philly secret sauce, actually we drown it in. So good. We just need a Big Tony's in Texoma land. "Finally stopped in for lunch. The garlic burger with cheese was really good! Def wasn't very garlicky but was good. Husband got the blue cheese burger. Had waaay too much sauce! (Lots of spicy mayo and too much blue cheese in our opinion). We took a bunch of sauce off of it and it was still very "blue- cheesy". Upgraded fries to truffle Parmesan fries and sauce which was awesome!! Tried the hot potato salad (also good) and a mini brat, which is about 2-3 bites but gives you an idea. That was excellent!!!All in all, it was great lunch at a local mom/pops place. We will definitely be back!"
