"Such a gem located inside of a Hindu temple. I came for a friend's recommendation on Diwali! And it can I say that the moment I walked in, I knew this was it be authentic place to be. Yeah, outside looks well-maintained, people are extremely nice, and the food was some of the best Indian food I've had. The depth of the flavors, complements of the spices, all were quite amazing.I would say that the selection was not crazy, but you can tell that each dish was made with quality. All vegetarian/vegan choices - There were three different curries, a lentil, soup, two different types of rice, broccoli, and some stirfry cabbage! Additionally, the desserts were vegan brownie and the rice kheer which were both DELIGHTFUL!Let me just say that I have not had a buffet in a long time and I thoroughly stuffed myself silly! ($17 dinner and $12 lunch)We will certainly be back again soon!"

"The place is looking a little rough with the booth chair material showing large holes and places on the wall have tape and dents. Despite the aged appearance, the lunch buffet doesn't disappoint. Everything is so tasty!Plenty of vegetable choices and meat choices. I love their baked cauliflower. The seasoning just pops in your mouth. Same goes for the cooked spinach, and the cooked mixed vegetables. The saffron chicken is lovely because of the sauce which I like to sop up with my pita bread. The salad bar has hummus, baba ganoush, fatoush (cucumber and tomato salad), and tabouli. In addition to warm, fresh Arabic pocket bread, you can also get zaatar bread. I always finish my meal with the rice pudding. It is firm and has a few pistachios in it. The best I have had in the area. The drink station has generic sodas now, but they taste nearly the same as the big competitors that you are familiar with. Holiday prices are $25 for the buffet. Ouch! But hey, the food is still worth it. If you need to leave your seat, leave your plate and get a fresh one. The staff will take your used plates and leave your silverware. You pay at the entrance before being seated. This allows you to hangout or leave as soon as you need to without having to get anyone's attention to pay the bill. Still a great experience!"

"The lamb is my favorite but the chicken kebab also is quite delicious. Ray (owner) greets the customers and treats you like family. The buffet is well tended and fresh. I love so many things it hard to pick just one. Also I'm a fan of the Gyro as it's epic. Sofra is a highly recommended slightly hidden establishment. Bring your family and loosen your belt. Don't forget to leave room for desert and a Turkish coffee."

"Great variety with many dishes I've not seen elsewhere. India Palace has a very upscale vibe and a weekend lunch buffet that includes cook to order stations (check for hours). There were so many delicious items, I was only able to eat a little of each! The Chicken Tikka Masala is as good as I've had anywhere, and the Chili Chicken was a combination of sweet, spicy and savory that will have you wanting more! I also tried some Chicken Biryani, Beef Madras, Goat & Broccoli Curry, Vegetable Samosa, Mixed Vegetables and Saag.The cook to order station featured Masala Dosa with Cutney and Panipuri with spicy green chili and/or sweet tamarind sauce. Both are something to be experienced. Dosa is a thin, savory crepe made from fermented rice. Panipuri is a light, fried hollow sphere that's filled with potato and chickpea and then to a spicy or sweet sauce. They are eaten in one bite and are a pop of flavor that is unlike anything else I've tried.India Palace also offers a full lunch and dinner menu and a full bar. It offers something for every palate, and is clear why they've received multiple accolades from numerous area publications. If you like Indian food, this is the number one place to try!"

The food was good despite the exterior part of the building looking rough: I ordered basic Korean dishes like a classic bibimbap and a clear noodle soup. Both solidly delicious. Same with the Korean sidedishes served as an appetizer. The interior of the restaurant is huge. Looks like they have a second floor as well. And Sura was empty during weekday lunchtime. If you're looking for good Korean food and don't want to deal with the crowds at Carrollton, then I'd recommend Sura."

"Mediterranean and middle eastern food are my husband's and my comfort foods, so this was the perfect spot for us to come on a Tuesday afternoon, after running around Dallas all day trying to settle in from a cross country move. The food is excellent and the staff was very helpful/friendly. It doubles as a hookah bar, so if you're sensitive to smoke, you might notice the smell even in the main dining room. But it didn't bother me.My husband is currently doing the keto thing, and he was very happy to find food he could eat :) the kebabs! Meanwhile, I am ALL ABOUT pita and dips! The Labneh, spicy hummus, and baba ghanoush were superb! We look forward to returning."

"This is a solid buffet restaurant if you're looking to try different Indian dishes as a beginner or just want to satisfy your cravings. I was in my Indian phase, and have been craving different dishes. I saw an advertisement saying this has over 60+ items, and the cost wasn't crazy either, so we stopped by.We came around 7 PM on a Sunday and the restaurant was packed. There were a couple of large parties in front of us. They have a waiting area, which is pretty nice, with a staircase leading to the second floor. I'm guessing the 2nd floor is for private events mainly. We waited about 25 minutes for a table. The restaurant looked big on the outside, but the seating area was pretty small.I was amazed at their buffet options and how organized everything was. They have appetizers, curries, salad bars, fresh dosa, desserts, lassi, fountain drinks, and more. Just like other buffets, you grab a plate at the beginning and make your way down the road. There are small wooden bowls if you want to separate your curries like me. I enjoyed trying everything, and I absolutely love the dosa. I wish the dosa was crispy like what I usually get at restaurants, but I think it's pretty solid for buffet style. The regular rice was undercooked-- it was still crunchy when we bit into it so that was disappointing. I love their mango lassi and the fountain drinks. Everything is available for you to grab which is very convenient. The food quality isn't the best but it was still good enough to satisfy my cravings. My boyfriend didn't like the tandoori chicken-- he said it was pretty plain and tasteless. You can see the naan and dosa being cooked right behind the counter so that was pretty cool. They restock it quickly since there's one person behind each area. Overall, it's a solid place if you want to try multiple Indian dishes. Most buffets are only available during weekday lunch so I was happy to find one that offers weekend dinners as well!"

The selection here for that is really, really good.You can have traditional breakfast or lunch items all served up with Mexican and Tex-Mex flair. They have chicken and waffles, an omelet station, salsa bar, taco bar, enchiladas - you name it. AYCE with up to 3 mimosas included - yes, please! My favorite items from the brunch selection include the blue corn enchiladas, salmon, grilled mushrooms (for tacos), and the avocado salsa. You really can't go wrong with any items from the brunch stations. Get here early to enjoy the items at their freshest and before the place fills up.The staff here is friendly and out to make sure you enjoy your experience here. The restaurant is always clean, and the vibe here is festive."

Across our table we had mushroom curry, chicken tandori, goat vindaloo, butter chicken, chicken samosas, few other things, and a lot of naan. We all thought our food was really yummy and I will definitely come by again when I'm craving some yummy curry. I had the butter chicken and it was extremely good. A lot of chicken and the sauce was so yummy. The place might be in a weird little spot but definitely check this place out if you are looking for some good Indian food!"

It was late night and I was staying in a hotel nearby and walked here to order their tiffin combo. Well, I was told it's only available for brunch. Fair. I ended up ordering chicken biryani. Big mistake. Read on. It's so damn spicy that it reminded me all my dead grandmas for 3-4 generations. Having lived in the US for a very long time, I forgot and over estimated my tolerance for spice and this place not only opened my eyes but also got them wet. Within in no time, I was sweating bullets. No amount of Limca could help. It was tasty. I feel like I need to mention that."

The peppered squid was a test outside what I'd normally trust at a buffet. Unfortunately, it was a bit crunchy from being dried out under heat lamps. Some of the thicker tentacles were gummy and delicious.I'd probably go back to try other dishes."

We were greeted by a sweet young lady who answered our questions and explained what beverage selections were included (a fruit punch, ginger tea, or milk tea). I opted for a "lightly sweet" ginger tea and it was perfectly lightly sweet with the right amount of ginger.We were unfamilar with most items on the buffet, but there are cards with the name of each dish and our server kindly explained anything we asked about. The level of spice was perfect for me (I'm a mid-level spicy girl!). If you're a super spicy "hot head" like my hubby, there are some chili pepper based condiments on the buffet.There are lots of dishes to try, so I made a video showing some of them. The side table also has condiments, salad, fruit, and desserts - all included. The food tastes freshly, fully prepared in-house as our hostess explained. We were not disappointed by any of the dishes we tried. A standout for me was the mango curry - I could have eaten two plates of that, but I needed to save room for all of the other delectable dishes I tried.Our hostess also let us know that you can purchase buffet to-go by the pound ($10/lb). The sit down price was also reasonble (for as good as the food is) - it was about $18/person. A few books more per person and they add on freshly made crepes. I'll try that next time!This restauarant is in a strip mall that is easy to find, but the actual restaurant is hard to see from the main street. There is tons of parking in the lot. This is the first buffet I've found in Fort Worth that is actually delicious!"

"Listen... this is a Chinese buffet. I don't know why everyone else is complaining. If you've eaten at a Chinese buffet then this is what you expect and it deserves the 5 star rating. Everything is hot. Fresh from what I can tell and will make my blood sugar go through the roof! I'm starting a better eating plan on Monday and decided to knock it out of the park on Friday night. That stuff we always wonder if it's squirrel on a stick is top notch. You know what I'm talking about and you like it. I don't always give 5stars but this place is clean and customer service was friendly and on point. Shrimp and dumplings also on point. Come get diabetes. It'll be worth it. ;)"

"Stopped in based on the banner posted on Industrial. They have a "lunch" buffet that runs from 11:00am through 7:00pm that is $14.99 and that includes a drink. A man who I think was the owner was kind and welcoming and walked us through the employee-served buffet making us plates of fantastic food. The hummus was amazing, the chicken-and-rice was perfectly seasoned, and he had the only dolmas I have ever enjoyed. Salads, soups, baba ghanoush, vegetarian couscous and vegetables, so many options and each one was fresh and tasty. Definitely stop in and patronize this small business and I want to return soon. Very comfortable inside and decorated with a contemporary vibe but with recessed cutouts in the wall to bring a Mediterranean feel. Great place!!"
