"Small, but mighty selection!Buffet is $16.99/adult which is a steal for all you can eat in this economy. Every dish was delicious and fresh. Do not miss out on the kebab meats and rice pudding!!"
"I've eaten here 3 times now and every time was great. I also tried the buffet today. Hands down the best lunch buffet I've had there were a ton of options and some I have not tried before. The wait staff is very attentive and polite. The owner was also very kind and inviting. The facility is very clean and organized. The food was cooked very well and everything is always freshly cooked. This place is now a go to for my family and I"

"Solid buffet. Not the fanciest place, but affordable Chinese food. Good customer service. They have a nice variety of food including a mix of cold and hot food, though sushi selection is sparse. I like their dessert section, especially the watermelons. The ambience is solid!"
"I haven't been to a buffet like this in years. It's kind of exactly what you'd expect. Groups of all ages coming to get an easy meal for all the picky eaters and children piling their plates high.I liked the variety of dishes to choose from. The peppered squid was a test outside what I'd normally trust at a buffet. Unfortunately, it was a bit crunchy from being dried out under heat lamps. Some of the thicker tentacles were gummy and delicious.I'd probably go back to try other dishes."
"This is a solid buffet restaurant if you're looking to try different Indian dishes as a beginner or just want to satisfy your cravings. I was in my Indian phase, and have been craving different dishes. I saw an advertisement saying this has over 60+ items, and the cost wasn't crazy either, so we stopped by.We came around 7 PM on a Sunday and the restaurant was packed. There were a couple of large parties in front of us. They have a waiting area, which is pretty nice, with a staircase leading to the second floor. I'm guessing the 2nd floor is for private events mainly. We waited about 25 minutes for a table. The restaurant looked big on the outside, but the seating area was pretty small.I was amazed at their buffet options and how organized everything was. They have appetizers, curries, salad bars, fresh dosa, desserts, lassi, fountain drinks, and more. Just like other buffets, you grab a plate at the beginning and make your way down the road. There are small wooden bowls if you want to separate your curries like me. I enjoyed trying everything, and I absolutely love the dosa. I wish the dosa was crispy like what I usually get at restaurants, but I think it's pretty solid for buffet style. The regular rice was undercooked-- it was still crunchy when we bit into it so that was disappointing. I love their mango lassi and the fountain drinks. Everything is available for you to grab which is very convenient. The food quality isn't the best but it was still good enough to satisfy my cravings. My boyfriend didn't like the tandoori chicken-- he said it was pretty plain and tasteless. You can see the naan and dosa being cooked right behind the counter so that was pretty cool. They restock it quickly since there's one person behind each area. Overall, it's a solid place if you want to try multiple Indian dishes. Most buffets are only available during weekday lunch so I was happy to find one that offers weekend dinners as well!"
"I must say I've been coming here for years and it keeps getting better and better. The Cot Samosa is AMAZING to the point I'll choose that over the regular samosas anytime. Only draw back it is not BYOB anymore but the vino bottle prices are reasonable. They redecorated and it's improved the ambiance. Well done. The service was awesome."
"We have eaten the volcano roll, bento boxes, tempura, salads, soups, sushi and a number of rolls. Very good and very consistent!Service is always kind and efficient. The restaurant has been here so long they have wonderful memorabilia on the walls. Take a moment, if you like football or golf in the area of DFW!"
"They are located near Honeybaked Ham! Great first dining experience!Delicious malai kofta, chicken tikka masala and butter chicken. I'm glad they had San Pelegrino. Delicious mango lassi! Great for groups. Daily buffetButter naan was delicious.I asked if they would play Indian music instead of the piano music and they were obliging. The service was great!5 starsThank you very much!"
"Our Second lunch visit. We had lamb Rogan Josh, Himalayan soup, Yakhni soup, garlic naan, masala chai, and peanut/bhatwas sadeko. All items were excellent and service was prompt and efficient. They don't seem to have been discovered yet, as we were the only two dining in. The Interior was attractive and comfortable as on our first visit. Strongly recommend the great food at reasonable prices."
"This is a pretty good Chinese buffet with sushi, American food, and Mongolian grill. But there was bit too much breading on the deep fried food in my opinion. Just saying."
"We have been to this establishment a few times over the years - always for their Sunday brunch. The selection here for that is really, really good. You can have traditional breakfast or lunch items all served up with Mexican and Tex-Mex flair. They have chicken and waffles, an omelet station, salsa bar, taco bar, enchiladas - you name it. AYCE with up to 3 mimosas included - yes, please! My favorite items from the brunch selection include the blue corn enchiladas, salmon, grilled mushrooms (for tacos), and the avocado salsa. You really can't go wrong with any items from the brunch stations. Get here early to enjoy the items at their freshest and before the place fills up.The staff here is friendly and out to make sure you enjoy your experience here. The restaurant is always clean, and the vibe here is festive."
"I came here for lunch and not the all-you-can-eat buffet. The food was good despite the exterior part of the building looking rough: I ordered basic Korean dishes like a classic bibimbap and a clear noodle soup. Both solidly delicious. Same with the Korean sidedishes served as an appetizer. The interior of the restaurant is huge. Looks like they have a second floor as well. And Sura was empty during weekday lunchtime. If you're looking for good Korean food and don't want to deal with the crowds at Carrollton, then I'd recommend Sura."

This place is very good. Limited variety but great quality. Service is good and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Get here early on the weekends as it tends to get packed. I love this place. Clean and conveniently near the Parks Mall. I never feel bloated at this place. Cindy, the mgr is hot and welcoming!

Ordered take out. Tandoori chicken- juicy with a perfect oven char on the skin - excellent and will definitely order again. Lamb korma tender and perfectly seasoned on the curry. Teenager had tikka masala and a thumbs up from her. Spice levels were accurate. Definitely recommend.

A wonderful and super affordable restaurant. They serve buffets every day and a variety of dishes are available including seafood and vegetarian. They also serve desserts and ice cream as a part of the buffet. The service is also commendable, a quiet ambiance.

Needed to eat somewhere not bbq related and was craving Chinese food. This was worth the price. Good customer service asked if I can see what was being served before I sat, no problem. Nice same-same variety of food you'd expect from a Chinese Buffet restaurant. Didn't go for the Mongolia Noodles cuz I just wanted to stuff my face without waiting. I was satisfied with the selection but the only reason not 5 stars.. sushi wasn't at par with what I've been use to at these spots and my favorite cheese wontons were good but not warm and stale. I go to Chinese buffets for sushi but coulda been better. In the end I would be back. And I would suggest to go here if I was asked. Fruits were good too and if you can't beat good customer service.

I'm not usually a fan of buffets, but I wanted to try something different, so my partner took me to an Indian buffet, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I found the experience fascinating in a good way. I loved it!I got to sample a variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor. The establishment was clean and smelled great, and the employees were well-dressed, friendly, and welcoming. Everything was pretty much on point. While I tried many dishes, the highlight was the mango ice cream. It was so smooth, with just the right hint of mango--not too sweet and not too bland. It was perfect! I wish I could go back just for the ice cream. I will be returning when I have a taste for Indian food.

Went here last week. Haven't been here since we moved from Flower Mound. Food was excellent as usual and they remodeled inside. It was really nice and ambiance was great. Will definitely be back again.

If you aren't getting sushi, then you should probably try a different place. Sushi was yummy. But all other plates were not what was expected.First, the service was a bit off, as our appetizer arrived after two of our plates had arrived, our plates did come out at the same time. Probably due to a large party they had at one end of the restaurant. The tempura was delicious, so points there. Otherwise, what I thought would be a meal with grilled protein and veggies on the side was more like a hash or mini baby scallops and baby shrimps with diced bell peppers and carrots and grilled onions (grilled shrimp&scallops). I also asked for fried rice instead of steamed and it was not what I'm used to, it had the diced bell peppers and carrots and mushrooms and huge pieces of onion. The seasoning was lacking as it just tasted like bland egg.My companions ordered the combination box. It came with mixed tempura (yummy), gyoza, rice, and a small sliver of salmon teriyaki. Maybe had we stuck with ordering sushi we wouldn't have been as underwhelmed. We are also not local, so maybe this is just how they do things in Dallas.

I used to be a regular here when I lived in the area. I loved coming here so much! The food was amazing per usual. We ordered a raga dosa, paani puri, Gulaab Jaamon, and garlic naan. Everything was so delicious and came out fresh. The service was slow since there were only 2 people working. It was definitely worth the wait though! We went on a Thursday evening and it was pretty quiet-really nice atmosphere to have a normal conversation without having to raise your voice.

"This place right here!!!! Get there NOW!And the workers were from Nepal! Super sweet and we came working the hour of closing and they were super sweet and kind to us. The customer service, the food, and the ambiance is all worth it. Everything we had tasted delish and we had so much food to eat the next day. Of course, it taste even better the next day. Dont think twice about it. Go eat here! Map it out and go there. Look no further."
"Look... it's definitely not Tex-mex. To me, it's way more authentic than you get at a typical big box Mexican restaurant. Imagine going into a small taqueria and having a huge selection you can serve yourself. The corn tortillas are killer! Pozole, menudo, caldo de rez, it just doesn't end. Picadillo rojo, picadillo en salsa verde, fajitas en chile de arbol, hue os ahogadas, tamales... it doesn't stop there. As someone who loves non-Tex-mex, this was heaven for me. Wish I'd had some pix. Yes, it's expensive, but totally worth it to me."
"Delicious and great service on this cold gray dayYou hit the door with beautiful smell of searing meat Colin was our server and was very prompt and very good as well as coverage from other servers nearby for our group of eight or nine Easy to get plenty of food quickly tasty and fresh"
"The place is looking a little rough with the booth chair material showing large holes and places on the wall have tape and dents. Despite the aged appearance, the lunch buffet doesn't disappoint. Everything is so tasty!Plenty of vegetable choices and meat choices. I love their baked cauliflower. The seasoning just pops in your mouth. Same goes for the cooked spinach, and the cooked mixed vegetables. The saffron chicken is lovely because of the sauce which I like to sop up with my pita bread. The salad bar has hummus, baba ganoush, fatoush (cucumber and tomato salad), and tabouli. In addition to warm, fresh Arabic pocket bread, you can also get zaatar bread. I always finish my meal with the rice pudding. It is firm and has a few pistachios in it. The best I have had in the area. The drink station has generic sodas now, but they taste nearly the same as the big competitors that you are familiar with. Holiday prices are $25 for the buffet. Ouch! But hey, the food is still worth it. If you need to leave your seat, leave your plate and get a fresh one. The staff will take your used plates and leave your silverware. You pay at the entrance before being seated. This allows you to hangout or leave as soon as you need to without having to get anyone's attention to pay the bill. Still a great experience!"
"Great place for a family dinner! Fair pricing! The food was really good, staff was friendly, we had so many left overs the lamb biryani was a hand full!"
"We've been going to this restaurant for 15 years and have the same server and good food every time. Best value restaurant. We love the breakfast tacos and will drive 9 miles to get them. ."
"Saturday dinner for 7, which entitles group to have a reservation in a quiet room that opens to main dining room. Sashimi was fantastic and everyone in the party tried virtually every dish. If a persons order is sashimi variations it arrives on a deco plate. The volcano roll and Dallas roll were awesome as was the crab tower. The ultimate palate grabber is the seared salmon belly served only at dinner. While most portions are small you can order multiple times and food arrives fast. Don't under estimate green tea ice cream to cool the palate after spicy tuna sashimi. Yellow tail sashimi was most tender for a raw selection, The food starts to arrive at table almost immediately as the 5 dishes ordered are placed by server on a tablet.Slight confusion can occur when food is brought to table if people can't remember what they ordered or what entree looks like as there are over 75 menu selections."
"I had never been here before but got an entree to go. The food itself was just fine but the portion was extremely small for $15 or so. At least half the size of what I was expecting for an entree dish. Was more like the portion size of an appetizer. Very likely will not return."
"Such a gem located inside of a Hindu temple. I came for a friend's recommendation on Diwali! And it can I say that the moment I walked in, I knew this was it be authentic place to be. Yeah, outside looks well-maintained, people are extremely nice, and the food was some of the best Indian food I've had. The depth of the flavors, complements of the spices, all were quite amazing.I would say that the selection was not crazy, but you can tell that each dish was made with quality. All vegetarian/vegan choices - There were three different curries, a lentil, soup, two different types of rice, broccoli, and some stirfry cabbage! Additionally, the desserts were vegan brownie and the rice kheer which were both DELIGHTFUL!Let me just say that I have not had a buffet in a long time and I thoroughly stuffed myself silly! ($17 dinner and $12 lunch)We will certainly be back again soon!"
"Listen... this is a Chinese buffet. I don't know why everyone else is complaining. If you've eaten at a Chinese buffet then this is what you expect and it deserves the 5 star rating. Everything is hot. Fresh from what I can tell and will make my blood sugar go through the roof! I'm starting a better eating plan on Monday and decided to knock it out of the park on Friday night. That stuff we always wonder if it's squirrel on a stick is top notch. You know what I'm talking about and you like it. I don't always give 5stars but this place is clean and customer service was friendly and on point. Shrimp and dumplings also on point. Come get diabetes. It'll be worth it. ;)"
"Delicious Indian food! Biryani rice was tasty and rich in flavor!!! We tried all the veggie dish and theyre so yummy!Service: greeted kindly by the lady, thank you!!!It's a nice restaurant and clean when we came!!! Great experience will come back."
"I have been coming to Grapevine for years, but had never tried this place. Now I have and am glad I did! When you walk in you feel like you are going back in time. I loved the vintage vibe of those place! The service was great and attentive. I was here for the lunch buffet so they did not have to do too much, but they were good at what they did! There were several items on the buffet, from soup, salad, meatloaf, roast beef, chicken, chicken pot pie, and a film array of veggies to accompany those items. After that, there was a full dessert bar that included some really good cobbler!"
"Buffet time! Hubby and I went on a Saturday around noon. Service was very nice. We were greeted by a sweet young lady who answered our questions and explained what beverage selections were included (a fruit punch, ginger tea, or milk tea). I opted for a "lightly sweet" ginger tea and it was perfectly lightly sweet with the right amount of ginger. We were unfamilar with most items on the buffet, but there are cards with the name of each dish and our server kindly explained anything we asked about. The level of spice was perfect for me (I'm a mid-level spicy girl!). If you're a super spicy "hot head" like my hubby, there are some chili pepper based condiments on the buffet. There are lots of dishes to try, so I made a video showing some of them. The side table also has condiments, salad, fruit, and desserts - all included. The food tastes freshly, fully prepared in-house as our hostess explained. We were not disappointed by any of the dishes we tried. A standout for me was the mango curry - I could have eaten two plates of that, but I needed to save room for all of the other delectable dishes I tried. Our hostess also let us know that you can purchase buffet to-go by the pound ($10/lb). The sit down price was also reasonble (for as good as the food is) - it was about $18/person. A few books more per person and they add on freshly made crepes. I'll try that next time! This restauarant is in a strip mall that is easy to find, but the actual restaurant is hard to see from the main street. There is tons of parking in the lot. This is the first buffet I've found in Fort Worth that is actually delicious!"
"Mediterranean and middle eastern food are my husband's and my comfort foods, so this was the perfect spot for us to come on a Tuesday afternoon, after running around Dallas all day trying to settle in from a cross country move. The food is excellent and the staff was very helpful/friendly. It doubles as a hookah bar, so if you're sensitive to smoke, you might notice the smell even in the main dining room. But it didn't bother me.My husband is currently doing the keto thing, and he was very happy to find food he could eat :) the kebabs! Meanwhile, I am ALL ABOUT pita and dips! The Labneh, spicy hummus, and baba ghanoush were superb! We look forward to returning."
"Consistent and deliciousNow I find ordering take out still as deliciousI would recommend this place to anyone"
"Fresh, Nice selection offered. Better than most Buffets in this Area. Everything was as to be expected, only Done Better, try the Baked Salmon, very flakey. But not dry or under cooked. Perfection I'd say, not bad for a Buffet. Also the sweet and sour chicken was good. Thumbs up for both .Eggdrop soup was great, fried rice was freshly cooked. I just about hade Everything except Desert, salad fixings were very fresh, crisp, just down right refreshing, check it out. I think you might agree."
"Great Indian food Mango Lassi deliciousRoyyala vepudu is great. Service is on time Biryani very authentic flavorRajugari Kodiak pulav is great"
"The lamb is my favorite but the chicken kebab also is quite delicious. Ray (owner) greets the customers and treats you like family. The buffet is well tended and fresh. I love so many things it hard to pick just one. Also I'm a fan of the Gyro as it's epic. Sofra is a highly recommended slightly hidden establishment. Bring your family and loosen your belt. Don't forget to leave room for desert and a Turkish coffee."
"Note: This is not for everyone. The atmosphere, the spice level, food options, price point: all are targeted to a very SPECIFIC demographic. You guessed it right. Fellow Indians wantIng to just chill in no frills hangout. Now having said that, it is a business and ofcourse open for all customers. If you are non judgemental, can tolerate high spice levels, try some very authentic food, you are welcome here. It was late night and I was staying in a hotel nearby and walked here to order their tiffin combo. Well, I was told it's only available for brunch. Fair. I ended up ordering chicken biryani. Big mistake. Read on. It's so damn spicy that it reminded me all my dead grandmas for 3-4 generations. Having lived in the US for a very long time, I forgot and over estimated my tolerance for spice and this place not only opened my eyes but also got them wet. Within in no time, I was sweating bullets. No amount of Limca could help. It was tasty. I feel like I need to mention that."
"The food here is delicious! We came for dinner on Tuesday night and we had a really yummy dinner. Across our table we had mushroom curry, chicken tandori, goat vindaloo, butter chicken, chicken samosas, few other things, and a lot of naan. We all thought our food was really yummy and I will definitely come by again when I'm craving some yummy curry. I had the butter chicken and it was extremely good. A lot of chicken and the sauce was so yummy. The place might be in a weird little spot but definitely check this place out if you are looking for some good Indian food!"
"Peacock Elite has been my regular go-to place for morning breakfast. They serve breakfast starting at 8:30 AM and it has been really handy especially WFH and no time to cook. They have recently started burgers and wraps and today I saw a BOGO offer on wraps and decided to give it a try. We got 2 Chettinadu Chicken Wraps, 1 Schezwan Chicken Wrap, and 1 Chicken Tikka Wrap. All three were good, but the Schezwan Chicken wrap was a bit of a disappointment as you expect some Indo-Chinese flavors and some heat, which was missing but a good flavorful food. The portion size is not a snack but is not a meal either. The wraps are served with a bag of potato chips and they do not scrounge on the amount of filling.Overall, a great experience. 4 Wraps plus 4 bags of chips for around $20 inclusive of tax and tips is a great deal."
"Dropped in on the Indian Kitchen for a quick lunch. It was definitely fast and the quality of the food and service was very good.We were greeted by a nice young man that got us started and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was very good. We did the lunch buffet and the quality was good. You can tell all the food was homemade and was made with love. The chicken marsala and butter chicken was very good with a little hint of spice. The tandoori chicken was also great. The curries and the soups were good as well. There was a hot basket of Nan waiting for us at the table.Good quite joint that allowed us to enjoy our conversation. Very good food with good atmosphere that does not sacrifice quality with speed.Recommended"
"Stopped in based on the banner posted on Industrial. They have a "lunch" buffet that runs from 11:00am through 7:00pm that is $14.99 and that includes a drink. A man who I think was the owner was kind and welcoming and walked us through the employee-served buffet making us plates of fantastic food. The hummus was amazing, the chicken-and-rice was perfectly seasoned, and he had the only dolmas I have ever enjoyed. Salads, soups, baba ghanoush, vegetarian couscous and vegetables, so many options and each one was fresh and tasty. Definitely stop in and patronize this small business and I want to return soon. Very comfortable inside and decorated with a contemporary vibe but with recessed cutouts in the wall to bring a Mediterranean feel. Great place!!"
