"We came to visit Dallas a few months ago and saw Dos Tacos. My husband kept mentioning we should try it. Let me start by saying don't be fooled or even a little nervous to try it out because it's attached to a car wash/gas station. It is very clean and I love the outside patio if you decide to eat your food there. We both ordered taco platters I did the classic and he got the loaded. My tacos were al pastor and it was okay there was something missing. My husband enjoyed his taco but didn't wow over them lol Here's why I'm giving them a 4 is because we also ordered quesadillas and they were delicious. I got the spicy chicken and my husband ordered the steak. The quesadillas were a good size and had a lot of the chicken & steak throughout every bite. I love quesadillas but sometimes feel like the protein is lacking not the case here. If you're in the area give them a try"

"It's been a long time since I'd been here and I was glad to see the food and service were as good as always. Since I was there last (but probably not recently) they enlarged and enclosed the front patio...very nice space! The inside dining area is a good size and cozy. It's easy to carry on a conversation even when it's busy. I had the brisket enchiladas for lunch. The tortillas are dipped in a guajillo sauce that has a really good kick. Not overwhelming, just really good. Even a wimpy palate like mine can handle (and appreciate!) it. The enchiladas are filled with mashed potatoes and topped with brisket, onions and mushrooms. The brisket is flavorful, tender and juicy and you get a good portion. All of this sits on a nice poblano sauce. This is soooooo good and very filling. Definitely not your traditional Tex Mex!"

"This was my first time coming here today. Been wanting to check this place out for a while. SO glad I did! First and foremost, the staff were amazing and so very nice! The lengua tacos are the best I have tried in this town so far!! Lots of meat and it's cut in chunks rather than shredded. It does make a difference if you ask me. I love the salsa bar that offers many different types of salsa and garnishes. The elote is really good as well. Lastly, the horchata is delicious! I will be back for sure!"

"We went here on a weekday night for dinner with some friends and the restaurant was pretty busy. Their patio area is enclosed so it was nice to sit out there and it wasn't too cold or noisy. "Omg! The BEST trompo tacos!! Bachman is a hidden gem located near the Love Field area. The trompo tacos are the only thing I get here because they're so delicious I don't want to try anything else. I just want to load up on all the trompo. It's a little intimidating if you don't speak Spanish but basically you walk into the gas station, tell the cashier (right side) how many tacos you want then you walk all the way over to the left where the tacos actually are and give them your receipt. Upon walking towards the taco side of the gas station, you'll see the huge vertical work of art that is trompo meat. So juicy. So tender. So flavorful. And the salsa is bomb! Bachman is a bit of a trek but worth it every time. Super fresh and delicious (and cheap!) tacos!"

It used to be crowded throughout their breakfast and lunch operating hours. However,8:30 and I'm the only one here? I immediately feel on guard and ready to make a decision to leave before I have an average breakfast experience.The friendly waitress finally appears handing out menus and taking drink orders.I ask her if there's been a change of ownership and she responds "yes a new Partnership". At least she was honest.I've seen it a lot lately. These older traditional family run cafes changing hands due to retirement,death or fatigue. It's predictable as the once well oiled machine begins slipping.I decided to throw caution to the wind and give it a chance. I'm glad I did. They serve up a multitude of daily breakfast plates for $12+ dollars. Ours were decent but not memorable.I'm afraid these endangered species cafes are no longer in demand and slowly withering on the vine. They have done a great job bringing in the tavern feel and ambiance. The place has a really nice vibe.The service was really good. Our waiter was was attentive without being obtrusive. He checked in regularly and got us everything we needed. Our food came out in reasonable time and was fresh and hot.I ordered the Lemon Pepper Chicken. It came with mixed veggies and mashed potatoes. The chicken was good but the lemon was a bit overpowering in some bites. The veggies were seasoned with lemon pepper as well, and that was a little too much. Mashed potatoes rocked.Fun place, I will be back!"

She went above and beyond to tailor our recommendations to my tastes, ensuring I had the perfect seasonal dish.The overall atmosphere was just as inviting as the food, with an interior that felt like a quaint French Bistro, adding to the overall dining experience. But, my imaginary -.5 comes from the reservation/seating process. Despite having a reservation for two, we ended up waiting for over an hour to be seated. The hostess seemed overwhelmed, struggling with both the online booking system and managing the influx of customers. This disorganization was frustrating and put a dent in what could have been a flawless experience. The other ding is the A/C when I visited in July it was out and I lost at least a pound in sweat; there was no warning/heads up but, hoping it's since been fixed."

What I liked about the salad was that the ingredients were super fresh. It was light and refreshing in every single bite. The price point was very affordable as well. The customer service was pleasant and quick. I placed the order in the drive-thru line and received the salad in under 5 minutes. Overall, I truly enjoyed the salad from Salad and Go. "These ladies are beyond amazing! They are so sweet and patient with everyone. They have beautiful, amazing custom donuts out fresh every morning, whether it's for a holiday or just something fun for the kids, like a spider man donut or Cookie Monster. I believe they also do specialty orders if you call ahead of time. My favorite thing to get is the Jalapeño kolache, soooo good, nice and spicy! My newfound favorite though is the cinnamon roll donut holes. I didn't know such a thing existed and it's the perfect pick me up with a cold bottle of chocolate milk. They have tons of drink selections here from hot chocolate, to Red Bull, Gatorade and many other things. They also have breakfast sandwiches and burritos that they will heat up for you to make for a quick on the go breakfast."

The salsa and pico were soooooooo good! I couldn't stop eating it! I ordered strawberry frozen margarita and the El Miguelito entree. Everything was delicious, although the presentation of my entree was sloppy and was tipping to one side of the plate. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the menu, however beware the prices do add up as you order more drinks of course. The food was really good and I left stuffed.The ambiance of the restaurant is really cute and trendy. I haven't dined in yet, but I'm sure they're used to seeing my name on the "Togo" tickets every week. I ordered this for my mom while she was visiting from out of town and she fell in love and went back the next day!! We've only tried a few things on the menu, but our favorites are the Chicken Fried Chicken breakfast and the Italian Sausage skillet. Both are very large portions that we end up sharing! The chicken is always so flavorful and moist, fried just right. The skillet is the perfect blend of everything and the ricotta is the added bonus I didn't know I needed. I did try the Savannah skillet, the apple sausage was something I did not enjoy. Immediately it was a turn off with a sort of bitter taste to it. Other than that, it was decent. Kids waffles come with 2 mini waffles and an egg and choice of meat! It's more than enough for my 3 year old. She enjoys it every time. I highly recommend this place!"
