A huge shout out and 5-star recommendation to Bounce 'N' More for your party blow up rental needs! These guys were fantastic to deal with from reservation to set up and tear down. They made sure to call the day before and confirm everything as well. Leo, our delivery person, was on time for set up and so nice! He was careful about setting everything up and going through all the paperwork and questions. In addition to the huge water slide, he set up a popcorn machine and snow cone machine - which were huge hits with the kids AND adults. He texted me before his arrival, and he worked with me on pick up time - very communicative! The kids and families in attendance all said they had the best time ever! This business offers great products, great pricing and the absolute best customer service! Thank you!!

STAY THE HELL AWAY! They were supposed to be set up in time for our Field Day at 9:15 and they were not! I only used this company b/c I wanted a Water Cage Challenge for Field Day. They made me rent 2 other things b/c they said it was a 3 item minimum for Field Day. The Water Cage Challenge quit working virtually instantly and they had someone come out to "fix" it the next day but it stopped working 8 minutes later. Their customer service sucks too. DON'T! Just don't

This is the second year that we have rented a bounce house/water slide for our Granddaughter's birthday and both experiences have been excellent! Staff are friendly, professional, and they made sure that all aspects of the rental were covered and understood. Jonah our delivery and set up person was awesome. He was very quick and proficient at his job. Overall very happy and will definitely rent again when needed.

I was having a 5th birthday party for my son in February, and looked everywhere for the right train to really give the party the elegance I was shooting for. It was easy to book the train online, and they emailed me my invoice. Unfortunately, two days before the party there were ice storms and we elected to postpone the party for March. I alerted all my guests and we booked another day. There was a slight confusion about the train, and when it was determined I couldn't get Big Tex (which I had my heart set on) the owner did everything she could to ensure I had it, knowing it meant so much. The day of the party, the engineer Steve called me to let me know he was setting up in the back to maintain the surprise. Therefore, when he arrived at 3:45, he drove past the window and the entire room erupted in cheers. The children (and all the adults) ran out the door and started jumping on the train. Big Tex was spotlessly clean, and incredibly beautiful. Engineer Steve wore an engineers hat and red bandana around his neck just like the birthday boy. He was enthusiastic and completely charmed the children. The train made multiple runs and each time he played music (mostly from The Polar Express). It was absolutely magestic. Engineer Steve even encouraged the parents to participate, and got my mother to ride it. She loved it. As per the recommendation of Bounce 'N' More, I hired the train for one hour which was perfect. That way there was time to play other games and do the cake without distraction. After he was done with his rounds, he allowed my son to sit in the engine and ring the bell for photographs. It was the best day of my son's life. There is a destination charge of $50 on top of the cost of the train which is absolutely worth it for such a beautiful piece of equipment. It was clean, and the colors were bright and gorgeous. I would absolutely hire this train again.I hired a venue for the party, and the train had full use of the parking lot. If hiring the train for an event where it will need to use public roads (like at a home), make sure you check with your city before booking it. Carrollton gave me a hard time when I wanted to do the party at home, but it was perfect where I ultimately had it.

I called Bounce 'N' More today to find out about a bounce house. The person who answered the phone was so rude to me. I asked basic questions about the rental and she was short and annoyed at everything I asked. There were two pictures of a certain bounce house on the website and I was asking what the price difference was and it obviously made her very angry that I could not understand that they only had one of them even though their website showed another. All she had to do was politely tell me the picture was not accurate. When I asked her about it she would sit on the phone obviously exasperated with me and not answer because she was frustrated. She claimed she is the owner but I can not imagine a business owner acting this way. I have owned my own business before and I would always treat my customers with respect.

I read Angie's review on this site as it was within the past month, but thought I would give them a shot. The person that answer immediately suggested calling another company when I asked for a table and chair quote. We "have a $100 minimum (not on website) so I can suggest other places." I told her my request would be more than $100. She asked what date and said we have nothing, you should call Ducky Bobs. Not the same company I called before.
