Botolino Gelato Artigianale

Hello gelato! This is my first time at this location (I frequent the Greenville location). They are consistent with their flavors, prices and services. I had hazelnut (my usual) and my husband had the coconut which I loved! New favorite flavor alert!

Probably one of the best ice cream spots Ive been to! Got to try a lot of flavors and each one was unique and creamy. Service was friendly. Space was clean.

Nice spot for amazing Gelato! Upon arrival, I was greeted by enthusiastic employees and was able to sample the vanilla and berries and lavender. I ended up getting the vanilla and it was simply - amazing. I look forward to returning to try out other flavors!

Best Affocato in Dallas! #Chocolate Affocato! Can be very crowded at times but it is worth it!

Really great gelato! Enjoyed it and had seating. I got the salted caramel. They allow you to sample as many as you need which was really helpful!

I like how clean this place is! They have great variety of flavors! They also do have some dairy free options! I loved the display of their desserts looks very delicious

The best gelato in Texas. Not cheap, but quality costs. On advice from my friends I ordered the child-size cone. It was a good call. Dulce Leche was incredible, though I'm sure all the flavors are magnificent.

Am I the only one who's not totally in love with this place? I sampled two flavors, hojicha and the salted caramel. The hojicha one, I will say, is true to its name. The salted caramel was just meh. I think it's the base, it's so rich that it drowns out the flavors and I wish they popped more.I ended up getting the red guava sorbetto, which was actually really good. The texture was super thick and luscious. In general, I would stay away from the ice creams and only stick to sorbets here. The ambiance is super nice and so are the people who work here.

I will always take gelato over ice cream and this place does not disappoint.Unique flavors and samples galore give you a chance to be perfectly satisfied with your final order. Another huge positive in my book is that the dairy free options are clearly labeled and there were surprisingly quite a few. They rotate flavors and I tried a bunch but landed on the coconut stracciatella and the lavender in a kids cup. Absolutely light and refreshing. The service is on top of it all and I'll note that I love when they keep busy and clean up here and there when they're not helping customers. Super cute place and can't wait to come back for more flavors!

The food is great it is so creamy and delicious it's so just so good. The service is good you just go to the counter and order. And the atmosphere is good there are just a lot of different cakes on display.
