Botolino Gelato Artigianale

Very delicious gelato! Any gelato shop that has silver lids on-top of their gelato tubs, is legit. Highly recommend, if you are in the lower greenville area and want to have authentic gelato. Service was excellent, and there was a variety of offerings from gelato, to coffees, and pastries.Ambiance is very cozy, there's lots of seating, and the back kitchen is exposed so you can see the magic happen.

My friend and I got the kid's size thai iced tea, gianduia, and don pistachio. All the flavors were very creamy and delicious. The thai iced tea however tasted a bit more like pumpkin spice. You have the option to mix different flavors as well which I liked. There are also other desserts and drinks if gelato is not something you're interested in.The staff were super friendly and offered us samples to try since it was our first time visiting. The interior is decorated well and has a very cozy feeling so seating is fairly limited. There are spaces both indoors and outdoors available but I would not recommend coming here with a large party.

Came here for dessert on a Friday night and it was very lively and welcoming. There are so many rotating flavors and you are able to try samples before you choose which flavor gelato to purchase. The gelato was so creamy and decadent. I also loved how the pistachio wasn't a neon green color.

Botolino has mini gelato cakes now and it's the bomb!!!! They also have chocolate bon bons. Honestly love the menu expansion. Their gelato is always great and consistent. I came in to try their new items this time and they did not disappoint! The pistachio mini cake is the bomb

I wasn't impressed by the flavors. It felt average for gelato. I've had better tasting gelato in San Francisco.

How have I never heard about Botolino ? Omg. Wonderful experience and SO damn good. The inside has this classic Italian feel to it, very clean and pristine. I will warn that there's very minimal seating though, definitely not a place for parties/large groups of people to gather at especially indoors, but if weather permits there are some tables outside to sit at. The desserts are next level (seriously check my video) and the staff are friendly. Don't be afraid to ask for gelato samples & suggestions on what flavors to mix. I did and now have a new favorite combo (Persian Flowers I think it was called w/pistachio bits and White Coffee). A good balance between a subtle floral and nutty profile and a creamy, coffee one. Yum Yum Yum. It was so good I ate it all before I could get a picture of it LOL. I wish I lived closer, because I'd be here at least once a week when I'm craving something sweet.

Wow this gelato was amazing. It was probably one of the best if not the best gelato I've had. The staff were friendly and helpful in choosing the flavor. The place seems very relaxed and great for date night dessert. I'd definitely comeback again.

FORZA ITALIAAAAThis gelato is IT. Super creative and expansive selection of flavors. Very rich texture but also fluffy at the same time. The sorbet flavors were great as well, not too "icey".Workers were super kind and let me try multiple flavors. This place is a great sweet treat spot to manipulate your friends to spend more money and eat more calories after an already big back meal.

Hands down one of the best gelato spots around! Always a big fan of all the different flavors. But this visit we also discovered these little chocolate treats after sampling one and we tried these two little things! And they are SO good!! The yellow one has orange in it, and the other one (my personal favorite) has like a coffee chocolate flavor going on

I've visited this place 15 times and every time I plan to take a photo for a review, I end up eating the ice cream too quickly to remember!Their selection of vegan sorbet flavors is impressive and perfect for a hot summer day. However, the standout flavor is definitely the White Coffee. It's a must-try-- richly flavored, yet smooth, light, and creamy. Recently, we sampled the Mexican Cinnamon, which has become our second favorite. It tastes just like the holidays. Every flavor here is exceptional and offers a distinctive experience that surpasses any other creamery in Dallas.Beyond the incredible ice cream, they also make their own waffle cones fresh in-house and offer a variety of sundaes. They serve beautiful, modern pastries too, which I haven't tried yet but can't wait to.Service is always prompt, though you might encounter a 10-15 minute wait if you come late at night on a weekday.
