Bosphorus Mediterranean Grill

Good skill, but no customer service. The man who was serving did not make me feel welcomed at all. The ambiance was not welcoming. It seemed as though they just needed to get the order done and move on. (No one was behind me.)

Restaurant is in the Willow Bend Food Court. Stood in front of the counter for almost 5 minutes before someone came from the back to take our order. They had a limited selection. Ordered two of the beef/lamb pitas. (Like a gyro.) The meat on the rotisserie was slim and looked like it had been on there for weeks. We both about 1/3 of each sandwich and had to throw them away. Was concerned about getting sick...the meat tasted bad. Would not recommend.

Maybe it was because I was there close to closing? But I got the beef and lamb pita and it was extremely dry. Also they did not have any drinks with ice like water it forced you to either do without or buy a bottle of water.

This is my first time going here and my order is to go. But the service was great and they explained the items very well.WELL the chicken on the salad wasn't fun eating pieces of fat. YUK

If you want to eat some.great pita sandwiches, Bosphorus is your perfect option. We have tried chicken and falafel pita sandwich couple of time and we really love it. You can add your choice of toppings in the sandwich. The best part is it is available in mall food court and if you are not able to decide what to eat, i'll recommend you should try their sandwiches

This is located in the food court of the "Shops at Willow" shopping mall. This is run by two individuals who do not believing in listening, don't seem to be on talking terms with each other and overall highly confused. My experience is as follows:1. At the restaurant around 1:302. One person - P1 - is serving a customer3. Wait for about 5 minutes, and thinking of going to a different stall (should have) and another man comes out from behind - P2 4. P2 asks P1 is we have been served and P1 just grunts5. P2 asks us for our order and we order a "Lamb Kebab Platter" and one "Chicken Kebab Platter"6. P2 struggled with processing payment and asks for P1 to help.7. P1 comes and does something on the POS device and payment goes through but makes no eye contact with P2 or talk8. I check my copy of the receipt and see "Beef & Lamb Platter" instead of "Chicken Platter"9. P2 is busy taking other orders and I approach P1 to correct my order. 10. P1 says "I have been looking for you for a while. I have your order ready long time back".11. I remind P1 that I placed my order a few minutes back and to that P1 responds "You placed order with him? He will give you your food". Him being P2.12. P2 calls us for our order and as expected, instead of Chicken we have Beef Lamb. 13. When I point it out - and I must admit I am visibly upset/angry - P2 replaces the food and instead of Chicken Kebab, shaves of Chicken Shawarma and piles up on the bed of rice and hands it us.Now for the quality of the food. 1. Lamb Kebab was cooked well, had good flavor and was moist 2. Chicken was not Kebab and though it had good flavor was dry. 3. The vinaigrette on the salad was a little to acidic. Recommendation: Avoid, go there if the other vendors have too many customers and you are hungry and finally check and double check what was taken down as your order.

Daughter and I were doing last minute shopping for Santa and needed to re-energize. So on our way out of the Willow Bend Mall we stopped in. We ordered a beef and lamb gyro. First they warm a pita, then they slice the meat and bring it up to the counter. Add as much of you want as they move down the line. The items we added were cucumber sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and feta cheese. Those were our choices, yet there are more.We shared the gyro, and it delicious. Only regret was that we didn't each order one.Great gyro made as you like it!

Very good chicken pita, especially if you consider it's fast food but not fast food. Let's say a healthier choice, I think. Have not researched it..enough said. Very clean fast and reasonable priced and good portion size.

Just okay- good enough for mall food but not planning on ordering again The lettuce and tomatoes seemed fresh which is good and the bread was soft The gyro had very little flavor and the rice and kebab were also dry and bland

The lamb is delicious!! A little spicy but really really good, AND healthy - so rare for fast food, in a mall Keep up the good work y'all, making the food court awesome at Willowbend
