Happy hour throughout the restaurant. My drink was good.You don't have to sit in bar area.The food was okay. There is a lot ro choose from. The stuff salmon was not worth the extra charge. It was overcooked. My waitress was not efficient. She struggles to manage the tables she were assigned so it took awhile to order drinks, place order, then receive my food. The menu is a little over priced for the quality of food that they bring out.

Why did it take so long for us to try Boo-Ray's?The portions are huge, making the price worth every penny. The flavors are not overwhelming and not overly salty. They also have so much seating available for large and small parties.This was my first time trying bread pudding, and if this is how it's supposed to taste, I've been missing out! I still think about that toffee glaze ... yum.I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items! We loved the pasta, the jambalaya, and the giant fried platter!

Shrimp Po-boy was laughable... 6 of the smallest shrimp ive ever seen scattered amongst hush puppies and batter pieces not even placed on the bread. After searching through the haystack of fries and hush puppies (why??) for my shrimp, it only made the sandwich worse. A true poboy struggles to hold in the copious amount of shrimp on its bread. This was a make you own sandwich platter thrown into a basket with parchment paper. The red beans were okay - nothing though is worth the outrageous prices here. Menu also doesn't make sense mathematically, "cheap eats" aren't cheap and can be found in other sections for different prices. Please drop "of New Orleans" from the name because this is no where close to 504 quality food.

Ok so this is my first time getting foot from this place and had a taste for something spicy and delicious. I gave them a 1 rating because the food came out on time. Probably because they didn't have a lot of customers. The fried mushrooms were bland and rubbery. The Mac n cheese had absolutely no flavor. The catfish was NOT our US farm raised type but the Basa or Asian catfish. No flavor and super soft texture. Rice was not seasoned at all. Jalapeno sauce was not seasoned and nowhere near spicy. Hope they can get it together or they will be out of business before long. I might try them once more and order something different. After owning a catfish truck I was disappointed that they labeled that meat catfish. If you're gonna offer me Asian catfish please put it on the menu as such. I don't mind paying extra for the good stuff.

This place never disappoints! Brought the in laws and they absolutely loved it! The food is greatly seasoned and the portions are very large so you get two meals for one price! Highly recommend Boo Rays!!!

We go to Boo Ray's once a week if we can. Love the food, everything we get is delicious. I usually get their grilled tilapia with jalapeño cream sauce or hollandaise, you can always ask for extra sauce with no extra change. I also love their jalapeño catfish when I want something deep fried. My boyfriend's favorite is the stuffed chicken or chicken fried steak. Recently I got their Shrimp en Brochette, I guess anything wrapped with bacon can't disappoint. With my visit today, I got the grilled gulf redfish, loved it. For sides, get the dirty rice, green beans, roasted corn and/or grilled asparagus.Under specialty drinks, try the swamp juice which is refreshing, boyfriend thinks it is too sweet but I think it's not, more for me.Service is always good. Servers are always attentive and very helpful with any questions about the menu.Ambiance is great, family friendly. Can get busy with multiple large groups in a day which they can easily accommodate. Highly recommend if you are craving for Creole cuisine

So I like being able to com le to this place, order 1 thing for the table and it is enough for 2+ people. I came here with my mom and Madi was our server. Not overly attentive but just enough so we could enjoy our experience. For an appetizer, I got a large order of sweet potato fries. They were a little under cooked in my opinion. Came out and was a little soggy. Didn't send them back because I knew my main course would be out soon. Asked for a side of honey bbq and ranch to dip it with, Madi suggested a maple bourbon sauce to dip them in and it was a good suggestion. Also normally I'm use to there being a cinnamon brown sugar sprinkled on the fries. I like sweet potato fries no matter what so I didn't complain. For the entree we got the appetizer sampler. It comes with enough food to feed 4 people. So we split it and took some home. Favorite part of that is the crab cakes amd the fried crawfish. I like everything that comes with it just those 2 are my favorite. I also got the voodoo punch, which was taste but not as good as the bayou punch. That was delicious. It you like a sweet rum drink, I recommend that one. Overall was very happy and if we come back I will definitely be asking for Madi to be our server!!
