Stopped by on a Friday night for some cocktails and the place was easy to find. I had a very good French 79 and my friend ordered an old fashioned. She said it tasted good too. We had great service at the bar. 3 people checked on us various times. We also tried the spinach dip and it comes with some premium crackers. The dip tasted standard. Parking was quite easy, there are.spots in front of the condo building. Only downside is my friend said the women's bathroom was super far. I would go back if I'm in the area again.

First time here and the service is horrible. The old guy bartenders with glasses seems overwhelmed or bothered. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes before even greatest. Actually I had to stop him and ask for a drink. One martini at $20 with bad service. Music was so loud for such a small place. I don't care about the price I'd the service is worth it. Nope, won't be back.

Grapefruit Martini, Lemon Drop Martini, Spinach Artichoke Dip This is a really cute hidden place. Dim lighting, comfy booths and little tables inside with bar seating as well. Decorations inside are cute. Very quiet for the most part. The drinks here are delicious and quite strong. We only tried the Spinach artichoke dip, which was just alright. Servers are super friendly and attentive.

This is the well appointed classically designed clean and timeless cocktail lounge you mention to your Park Cities friend as a meetup spot and they ask how you know about THAT place. It's the right mix of private and public space you can go for a quiet chat and great service.

Small, intimate bar but cute decor. Drinks were a little pricey but had a nice kick. Service also seemed to be pretty attentive.

So my date and I went here on a whim since it was so late at night and it ended up being the perfect, intimate spot. We only wanted drinks. I'm going to be honest, we drove around this place a few times because we didn't realize that it was inside a condo building. It's all good though. It added to the adventure. We walk into the building and a woman at the entrance was like, "Yall must be looking for Bernie's". I bet this is a common question. Thanks to her for helping us find it. We get to the bar and it's so cute and it was the spot that was needed. It's a private bar but it doesn't take much to become a member. It's very quaint and honestly reminded me of place that the cool, more mature people frequent. I'm not mad at it.I ordered my usual old fashioned and they did it so so good, omg...smokey orange flavor. Just perfect. He ordered the long island and it was pretty tasty. Fyi, this is only a drink spot. No food. It's a bit dim. It's chick with nice tables, chairs, and sofas. It gave me a mid century vibe with a bit of art deco. Like these are my fav decor types! I will return.

Plus side: Staff is nice. Place is clean and quiet - ideal to have a conversation or ONE night cap. Pleasant decorum with relaxed lighting. However...Clumsy and very expensive execution at a high price. Eg: $54 for 2x double gin/sodas because they charge you exactly twice for a double as a single - even though you aren't getting two drinks when you order a double - just an extra shot, which is already steep at $13.50 for a mid-shelf single, and drinks are poured on the weak side. Less expensive to drink at the Four Seasons or The Ritz than here - and don't expect anything too fancy. So not worth the hit on your wallet if you're a drinker. I don't think they've figured out they could make more profit by adjusting their prices because the volume would go up significantly - then again, the owners/staff are not John Taffer material. The bartenders and waitstaff are nice, but slow and inexperienced. It's like going over to your 67 year old aunt's house and she offers to make you a cocktail - then she is fumbling around her late husband's liquor cabinet trying to figure out how to make your drink and pours it on the light side in the slow lane. Bless her heart. This place is a small, charming neighborhood bar with limited space, an awkward layout where many of the tables have you sitting half wrapped around a major post. It seems more of a local social spot to the condo tower residents above it. Give it a try, and you'll see what I mean.

A true hole in the wall. Unassuming, secluded, and quiet. Perfect place for a chill cocktail. Proper barman and selection of drinks, which is shockingly hard to find in DFW

That dirty dirty dirty lowdown. As Boz Scaggs welcomes you to this end of a twist and turn search, it hits you gradually then suddenly. Like bankruptcy but welcomed. Tucked past the salon and dry bar on the first floor of the residential high rise, no sign points the way. Trust your gut, not your Uber driver. Bernie's is there. It's beautiful and it's real. The absolute pinnacle of dim lounge lighting is met with the permeating aroma of baking frozen pizza. And you're reminded why you came. My lady had the need for an exciting white and flatbread. A quick scan of the room and acknowledging nod to fellow patrons lets you know this must be the place. An arms deal going down in one corner and sneaky link up happening in the other. Baby's into running round Service: exceptional Vibes: phenomenal
