The world needs more dive bars! This one is perfect. Off the beaten path, but not too far from Deep Ellum. Also right down the street from Fireplace Lounge.It's not a big bar, but there is plenty of seating inside at the bar or tables and couches around the perimeter, and a huge ass patio. The bar has no windows so you can lose track of time while playing pool or jamming out to the juke box tunes. There is also a table top connect four outside on the patio, There are plenty of TVs too.Barfly is the all around great unpretentious place that Dallas could use more of. Plus free parking!

Not a real dive bar, just an uppity walk-in closet where overdressed Gen Z-ers congregate. ONE pool table, and weak ass drinks. No bueno.

We had a phenomenal time celebrating my husband's birthday at Barfly! Tyler, the owner, was over-the-top accommodating for our party and we can't wait to come back to just hang out!

Such an amazing atmosphere and place to hang! New patio gives lots of outdoor hangs. It's like Cheers, you're always going to see someone you know. And Theo, the door guy is super protective and will make sure all is safe! Check it out often!

This place is incredible, the hospitality, the ambiance, the music, the staff all incredible can't recommend enough anyone reading this should come to this bar. Natalie is one the best bartenders town come visit (often) tip well.

Perfect place. It's a great hideaway in East Dallas. Door man Dash is very nice and a good boy!

Love this bar. Brand new cozy with plenty of parking. Tuesdays they have karaoke. Other events are in the works. Oh great jukebox as well as great owner and staff. I will add pictures later.
