Barcelona wine bar is forever my favorite tapas bar in DallasThe food is always spot on and consistently goodGreat spot to bring friends or family tooLove the lively atmosphereService is always great They do have a happy hour but overall this place is a bit on the pricier. Good place to celebrate at Things I order regularly and recommend: their arugula salad (changes slightly depending on the season), any paella, beef empanadas, croquetas, olive oil cake, white sangria, chicken thighAlthough I always get different things to try and nothing has ever really disappointed Highly recommend this place!

This restaurant is running a parking scam with the valet company that is contracted by them. DONT park in the parking lot across the street from the restaurant. They have no visible signs that your car will get booted, only a few small signs on the far walls and hard to see. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $127.00 to take the boot off!! The boot company guys are run by the valet company, exact same uniform . When I complained my justified argument to the manager, John, he was very rude and tried to accused me of lying, until his valet guys admitted to the guilt. he promised that he will reimburse my money, that was before Christmas. 3 weeks later, I still haven't seen that money. They wont return my calls eitherI would gladly pay the parking fee , had I known and there was a visible sign at entrance. Apparently this is an ingoing scam that they are running. Multiple reviews like me. I would never go back there!Ray

Let me preface by saying I understand that restaurants are busy on a Friday night and a lot of stuff can be out of their control. But when we made a reservation for 9:15 and weren't seated until 10:15 PM, there was a lot I feel like Barcelona dropped the ball on. First, the communication was extremely poor. Even though tables were available and becoming available, the hostess staff couldn't explain to us exactly why it took so long for us to be seated. Then, around 9:50, just as we were searching for other options in the area, they came out and said our table was being set up and almost ready. However, it was still another 25 minutes between that conversation and us actually being seated. Just a really poor experience from the startWhen we were finally seated, the service didn't get much better. It was busy, but not busy enough to warrant our server being pretty inattentive. Water and drinks sat empty for extended periods of time, plates piled up so high as we cleared dishes, and the every interaction felt rushed. We ordered quite a few things for our group of 4 and Items in our order were missing but we couldn't get his attention long enough to get any issues corrected. The food and drinks were decent. There were a couple of dishes that stood out, although everything was cold which I did not like. but it wasn't enough to overcome the poor customer service and make me want to come back

Barcelona Wine Bar in Dallas offers a cozy and romantic atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for an intimate evening. It is perfect for a date night although I went alone So, it is also perfect for a solo outing. The waitress and staff were kind, attentive, and added to the positive experience. While the tapas left me curious and craving more, I only tried two dishes, so I'll need to return to explore more of the menu. All in all, it was a delightful spot for a Tuesday night, and I'm looking forward to going back!

I used to go to the one Nashville, and this one in Dallas is equally as amazing. Our waiter was amazing and funny! Great place to try all these different papas and share a glass of wine. Go on Sunday for half off bottles! Such a steal! I always get the meatballs, the patatas bravas, and whipped ricotta!! Also, the complimentary bread with olive oil is always amazing!! Nice intimate setting with dark lighting.

Beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We had a dinner reservation during the week, it wasn't super busy, we were seated right away. The ambiance is perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. Really loved the cocktail and wine options as well as the amazing list of tapas. What we ordered:-charcuterie and cheese: jamon serrano, speck, aged manchego-bacon wrapped dates-grilled shrimp-meatballs-jamon manchego croquetas -cured salmon-boquerones my absolute fave-potato tortilla -paella with chorizo, chicken, chick peasEverything was amazing! The service was friendly and my friend and I had a wonderful time. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Excellent happy hour and private room. I came for a networking event and they had buffet style food. Waiter was funny and attentive. We had a private room in the back and it was a good time

My lovely partner and I came here for a double date in downtown Dallas and I must say, twas the most ideal place for a party of four.4/5 Food, We ordered tapas to share paired with wine and came out fed and happy.- Crab Croquette personal favorite, creamy and flavorful, the mustard pairing created a nice bitter taste with it.- Whipped Ricotta nice and sweet- Seafood Paella was the most lackluster in my opinion, but still good nonetheless- Mushrooms a la plancha is a must for mushroom lovers- Complementary Bread with Olive Oil, we asked for a vinaigrette on top to help as the olive oil didnt grant enough flavor with the bread- Olive Oil cake to end for dessert, as an Asian, the cake was PERFECT as it was "not too sweet" to conclude the meal.- We drank the entire meal with white sangria, a pitcher is enough for a party of 4 and the summery refreshing taste helped with the current hot weather in TX.5/5 Atmosphere , lots of seating, great ambiance, real candles (scaryyy)5/5 Service, our waiter provided great recommendations, food came out timely, and complementary valet is available as parking tends to be limited in that area.All in all, if youre looking for a great birthday spot, cocktail night, or double date (or date) night I would hold this establishment in high regard.Happy Hour 4-6 M-F

Great happy hour drinks and tapas items . (4-6 pm) Patio seating. Clean bathrooms. Service was fast and friendly.
