Most amazing Italian food in DFW. The owners and staff were excellent. Definitely a must visit.

I'm not sure why my review of this place disappeared, but it's gone. Save your money and skip this spot. Food is mediocre and the servers have a miserable, sour attitude--definitely not cut out for service jobs. The pizza is so thin it's practically a tortilla, like paper-thin. Don't waste your time here; it's the worst Italian food in Frisco. Maybe it'd fly in NoCal, but not in Texas.

Love this little gem of an Italian restaurant. The food was exceptionally delicious and the wait staff super friendly. Looking forward to returning.

I'm torn about writing this review. On the plus side, Baonecci reminds me a lot of the food in Italy. The sauces looked and tasted different from other Italian restaurants in America and I do appreciate that. On the downside, the dishes were underseasoned and didn't pop with flavors. The best dish we tried was the Seafood Risotto and the worst was the Lasagna. The service was magnificent, but I don't believe I will go back for the food.

Yall when I say texas has found its Italian I'm not lying! Small "hole in the wall" restaurant at the end of a shopping strip. Go in!! And have a seat! The service is a little slow however it's Xmas Eve and LITERALLY one waiter and One amazing right hand woman. She did it all. She was busing, water refilled, set tables etc. she was amazing and wore a smile on her face the whole time!! Our waiter aka Roger but not Roger. Roger is what he said however I didn't catch his real name he was absolutely amazing! The humor he has was perfect for our table of 5! We had 2 bottles of wine he suggested it. We had 3 pizzas, 2 pasta dishes and 3 desserts. Can I say we were pigging out. Absolutely!! The food was fantastic! The seafood pasta was my favorite no sauces needed all olive oil based and real tomatoes. The pizzas are thin thin and fantastic. It's not your typical American pizzas! These r real Italian style! I'm not sure who the owner was or if he was there but the waiter talked very kindly of his theory on food! I wish the food was a little cheaper. The pasta dishes are between $27-$39. The pizzas were between $17-$39 with 6 slices, salads oh wait we had a salad too. lol the salads were around $15-$20. I had the arugula, burrata one yummy!! Overall fantastic Xmas eve experience. I will 100% be back! Maybe after I do yoga next door to make room for it

Located at the end of a shopping plaza and parking is very easy. Food was great and enjoyed the service. Nice place for a date night or meal with the family.

Food is average. Pretentious and overpriced. $10 for bread.. asked for olive oil or butter - their response was "no, we don't do that here. We used to, back when we were in San Francisco." Say what?A "no" from me.

Best Italian food we have had in DFW. Will definitely be back. Great food and ambiance. Very attentive service.

Located in a strip shopping area. Definitely not a high end destination dining spot. The food was very good to excellent. The prices are simply to high for the strip center environment. I don't mean that it needs to be fancy, just charming would do. The server was friendly and did a good job however the group at the next table had barely been seated when after an exchange with a server abruptly got up and left. We enjoyed the food but won't go back because of the prices..

Food and service was incredible. Waiter gave excellent recommendations. True Italian cuisine here in Frisco!
