As close as you can get to NY style bagel in North Texas. This place stays consistent with their bagels.

Came in for breakfast with the family. We were impressed with the food! I had the protein plus on rosemary bagel and it. Checked all the boxes. Bagels weren't overly dense and chewy. Wife had everything bagel with veg spread and it was enjoyable as well. My 1 year old ate pieces of both and was asking for "more bite". The place is classic hole in the wall/donut shop vibe but with high quality bagels and sandwiches.The people taking the orders were very kind. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. Only knock is my cold brew had a burnt coffee taste but I didn't come here for the coffee. Highly recommend!

Delicious breakfast sandwiches on fresh bagels at a good price. My husband and I split the Western today after going to the driving range this morning and it hit the spot. The folks working here are very friendly.Can't wait to come back and try more sandwiches and maybe one of the huge muffins.

Not only are these bagels amazing but the owner is very sweet. The crew is really nice. I've been coming here for years! I love their rainbow bagel craze. I would definitely recommend this place I come from Plano a few times a month.

Best best best!!!! Love this place, just had to add on! They literally sent the most ginormous- juiciest bagels ever! I ordered on door sah- they I closed a cute bag of candy with a little bunny that said- Happy Easter! Best bagels and people ever!

Living in McKinney, there are really no bagels worth writing home about. So when driving to Fort Worth and I found myself craving a bagel, we stopped by to pick one up to go. I got Ken's favorite on a rosemary olive oil bagel - delicious . The bagel was perfectly toasted and They are VERY generous on cream cheese. the staff is also kind. I would absolutely come back and wish they were closer .

This place has this BEST bagel sandwich! The Ken's favorite is so delicious, it is a must try! They make the sandwiches so fast and are always very friendly. Love this place!

This place is always consistent! Friendly staff (love the owners), delicious food, and good atmosphere! The spreads are so good and I love the texture of the bagel. 10/10!

I want to preface this review that me and my partner have been coming to this spot at least 1-2 times a month for the past few years. When we first started going, the workers were so welcoming and kind. It felt very home-y, as one would expect with a family-owned business. I remember seeing the owner in there often and being so awesome as well.However, within the past 6 months, something has changed. The quality of the service and food has gone down drastically. Last week when I went, I ordered 2 bagels and had to wait 30 min for my order. There was only one lady ahead of me with her two kids, but for some reason, some men who ordered behind me were getting their orders first. I was just sitting waiting patiently, so I'm not really sure. Anyways, when I went to retrieve my order, the worker didn't even offer an apology for the wait or anything. It felt a little cold from what I'm used to here.Well flash to today when I ordered through UberEats. The order is written, so I didn't think it would be difficult, but my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel came without any bacon. I also added a hashbrown to my bagel (like usual), but today, oh my god. It was burnt to the core and tasted like it's been sitting in oil for hours. I'm not leaving this review to bash Bagel Fresh Deli because I genuinely love this spot. But I really need the owner to get back in there to look at the quality of the service and food, or I'm afraid I'll have to find another spot.

It was way too chaotic inside the store. The counter is not set up to allow flow of traffic when they are busy, they were out of almost all types of bagels. Additionally there are like four menu boards scattered all over the place so when you order you don't realize there are way too many additional questions and you have no clue where to look to see what the options are. They forgot my latte when my order was ready and I just had to leave and get out of that nightmare leaving it behind.Then my bagel was super stale. Will not be back.
