Award Moving Services

Called Award Movers and set up an appointment for a quote. The company owner Carlton was very nice, came and got the information for the quote on Thursday and promised a quote by Friday morning. Midday Friday, the woman answering the phones said I'd have it by the end of the day. On Saturday, I sent an email to Carlton. It's now Monday afternoon and I have never hear back or received a quote. This is a very quick turn around move. They may be amazing movers, but their communication and follow through is incredibly poor.

This company is very honest in what they told me upfront and what they delivered. The moved our 4 bedroom home about 90 miles to a new 4 bedroom home. They were on time, courteous and kept me informed throughout the move. They brought 4 movers to do the job and then they did set up my furniture where I asked them to. The customer service they offer in great. I highly recommend Award Moving Services.

The crew at Award Moving Services were very quick and efficient during my move. They were also encouraging and helpful during this stressful time. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Where do i start...what a great experience! Moving is already stressful but these guys know how to come in and take care of stuff! I've now used this moving service for the third time and don't think I can go anywhere else! They called prior to coming and arrived on time. They are always fast, efficient, courteous, professional and very careful with my boxes and furniture items and they carefully wrapped my couch and fragile items. I will definitely be recommending my co-workers and friends, these guys really know what they're doing and I trust them with my belongings. I really can't say enough good things about this company.

This review is long overdue. I've moved 5 times in the past 6 years and AWard Moving is one of the best moving companies in the DFW area. The experience from beginning to end was 5 star. The movers were professional, courteous and punctual. Everything was wrapped with care resulting in no damage or missing items. AWard definitely has my sign of approval!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their salesperson was awesome. The moving crew they sent was terrible. They were rude and broke several items. They were short one man that called in sick. It took them 16 hours to move me when they estimated 9. Stay away!

We used them this past weekend to move our whole house. This was a great moving experience! The workers were very kind and very hard working. They went above and beyond making sure everything was packed with care and they were also fast. I would use them again and highly recommend them if you are in need of reliable movers!!

Award Moving is a local, family-owned moving company. They are absolutely my go-to moving company and should be yours too! They are very professional and easy to work with. Their movers do a great job wrapping/protecting your items before loading in the truck, and really go the extra mile to make sure your stuff does not get damaged during the move. Their rates are very reasonable - use a cheap mover at your own risk! I've used them for way too many moves over the past ten years, and will continue to do so. I can't recommend them highly enough. Award Moving Services moved my many belongings and appliances Saturday from Euless to North Arlington. I can't say enough positive comments. The three movers were courteous, punctual, worked cohesively as a team, and graciously listened as I reminded them to please be careful with my parents' antique furniture. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
