This Louisiana based restaurant has a great variety of food--some with LA influence. The staff is attentive and friendly. Even if not their table, staff jumped in to help. Food was hot and tasty. I had a seasonal special -Southern Chicken Biscuit. The biscuit beignets were yummy!. It had pimento cheese and bacon jam. Yummy!!! Industrial feel has patio seating and takes online "waitlist"

I would rate this place a 3.5 if they would let me do half stars. There was really nothing wrong with our visit, but there also wasn't anything amazing that was memorable or stood out. I mean next time I want to go out for breakfast this wouldn't be the first place that would come to mind. I will say the service was very good. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. The food WAS good but again nothing that wowed me. And lastly the ambiance was nice and modern. Worth trying at least once.

Break an egg!A nice throwback brunch place that you would easily find a few decades ago with a bit of a contemporary update. It's got the factory ceilings and simplistic tables, not to mention a bar that most places of this kind are lacking.The pros are many. Coffee that does you justice, with free refills, I might add. Food that can fill you up for hours upon hours. But also something is missing. I can't quite place my finger on it, and it's not enough to detract, but there could be an extra comfort feature that we're not seeing. The menu is impressive, so that makes up for it, but not the type of place I would want to spend more than an hour.Perhaps I'm just complaining for the sake of it. It's a totally fine breakfast restaurant that serves more than just breakfast, but it can get quite busy on the weekend, so keep that in mind. Quite reasonable when all is said and done.

Hidden away off of 75 Another Broken Egg came with some great recommendations.However, the morning we went fell flat with the service and food. First, we came in and noticed some tension between a couple employees going in and out of the kitchen with food. We sat and our server was a bit aggressive from throwing us our menus on the table to tossing us napkins and utensils after asking because there were none on the table. They have biscuit beignets as an appetizer they bring to your table as soon as you sit down. They're chewy with a nice crisp but nothing much different than sugar biscuits. We got the crab cake Benedict and Lobster Hash Benedict. Crab Cake Benedict 2/5 it was unfortunately missing a lot of flavor and bland. You can taste the crab but not much else.Lobster Hash Benedict was a lot better 4/5 a blend of nice Cajun savory spices in the red pepper hollandaise sauce. The potato hash with ham was a bit heavy but good nonetheless. I had a side of grits which I don't see often these days. It too was bland so I requested some butter and seasoned it well with salt and pepper- there wasn't any hot sauce at the table.The store was nice but a bit sticky and super humid on the day we went.

I came to Dallas for a weekend trip and stumbled upon this place. Everything was so good. The vanilla cold brew was perfectly made. The shrimp and grits were seasoned very well and filled with shrimp. The bartender was really sweet and efficient. Also the food came out so fast. It was a nice vibe all around in this establishment.

I use to frequent Another Broken Egg in Indiana so visiting Dallas from the Killeen I had to go. Our server was great and the food was good, and so were the drinks. I although I like the drinks from the one in Indy better, the service here is MUCH better than theirs. I just get in line prior to arriving which made the wait time shorter. I'd definitely come again.

I was not very impressed with this restaurant at all. The parking was spacious and it was not very busy the morning that we went however I did not like the food or coffee very much, the waiter messed up our order twice and overall I just did not like my experience. I did like the ambiance as it was very relaxing and spacious. There were booths and chairs for you to pick from which was nice. I would definitely not recommend the salted caramel cream cold brew. The smoked salmon benedict was okay as well as the sausage. The bacon was pretty average and the hash brown benedict was very salty. Not sure if I would ever go back here again.

We went for breakfast today for my Niece's 2nd birthday and our server, Kelvin, was hands down the best server I've ever had. He was so kind, polite and knowledgeable, I wish we could always have this type of service. Our food was delicious and to top it off, a young family paid for our meal! We are truly thankful for our server and the family! We will most definitely be back!

Coffee arrived and someone else's lipstick was on it. When my food arrived, the potatoes had someone's hair in it. After these were pointed out, waitress didn't come back to table to check in. Pancakes were good.
