Angelina's Don Francisco's

Over the past decade, we've driven by this place literally hundreds of times. Today, we decided to stop in and have lunch. Happy to say . . . been there, done that, NEVER have to go back again. Perhaps, at one time, it was great. We had beef fajitas. The most edible thing was the flout tortillas. Massively disappointed in every other item. It had the feel of an old, run-down restaurant.

The food was good and very tasty, and there was a nice atmosphere. The wait staff did a great job. I will be coming back again for good Tex-Mex.

This is my absolute go to when I want Mexican food. First of all they always bring you the best chips and salsa and it's award winning make sure you ask for some to go! You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu but my go to is the filet de la casa and I've probably ordered it over 50 times and it has yet to disappoint me! The ambience is great and there's a full bar where you can catch all your favorite sporting events too. The dining room is spacious and plenty of seating inside, on the patio and they have a screened in porch when you want to be inside and outside lol

Cannot recommend Angelina's enough! And I really think you should ignore the negative reviews because they are baseless and kept me from experiencing this gem sooner. The food was delicious (highly recommend the top shelf Margarita and Angelina's Fajita nachos) we had simply outstanding service with Julian who was patient with our unruly terriers pictured below and anticipated our needs before we even realized them (bringing separate water dishes for both of our dogs, split our enchilada dinner completely without being asked or without a split charge, etc ). The salsa, pico and guac were so authentic and flavorful and we couldn't believe how affordable the prices were when we got the bill. We will be back and often, perfect detour when doing an evening stroll on the colony shoreline trail!

THE APPLE PIE IN THE SKILLET WAS THE BEST APPLE PIE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Delicious delicious! The option to have cheese with my flaunts was awesome! Great service! Big space! Great for big groups

There was not wait for the enclosed patio area on a Friday night. Salsa isn't just tomatoes actually a little spicy.

When placing an order through a 3rd party delivery service I was unable to edit my order. I called Angelina's and not only did Angie take my request to edit my order. She also called me back to make sure that my child's order was correct or if I needed to edit it. Of course I was not aware that it was needed and very appreciative of not only her willingness to assist me but her thoughtfulness to check on my family's needs. She is truly exceptional and one of many reasons we will continue to order from Angelina's

The food is SOOOO good, order the Avacado Bomb (chicken, beef or seafood), a skinny margarita and just enjoy, Ppl are so nice and sweet, music is subtle and authentic, love this place!!!!!!

Mediocre food. Would have given a 3 but they helped themselves to a few extra dollars beyond what I wrote for the tip so we won't be back.

The service was good but WOW are the food and drinks terrible! I couldn't finish my plate or margarita, it was totally inedible. The margaritas are just tequila and sweet and sour mix (gross) and the carne asada is just a frozen piece of beef pounded paper thin. So so disappointing. There is so much restaurant competition in the area, they really need to improve on the quality of their food and drink. Unfortunately I don't see any reason to come back here again & would not recommend it to others.
