AMC Village On The Parkway 9

The staff ride, 9pm don't go they close all concession so you have to sneak in anything you want cause they won't be serving you or caring. Literally couldn't even get a fork.They had 6 more showings with packed houses. Also don't let them upsell you cause of a "refill" they close the drinks at 9:15. It's just one of the worst AMC you can go to they are more rushing to close to literally sit and do nothing. So if your stuck having to go to this half ran and cared for theater or want a true movie experience your better just paying for a 65 minute inch tv and hiring your own theater staff for a fun feeling with a positive experience. Never once have I been somewhere where no one cares and literally make food for themselves in front of you. You're better off watching a movie on your phone in the parking lot of a sonci! Only gave a star cause negative aren't allowed.This theater is why movie theaters are failing cause movies have become super pricy and this place in a particular is trying to kill the movie theater experience and successfully doing it. Run dont walk to another theater, this place is a waste of money.!

After our great dinner, we went to the AMC Theater that's literally in walking distance from the YardHouse. We did everything on the kiosk. We did yell, for help because we had a few questions. I couldn't utilize my rewards because my birthday had already passed. However we did get a $5 reward for our next visit. I wasn't aware that we could've gotten a small popcorn, and slushy, and candy bar while purchasing The new Marvel Movie tickets either. Certain incentives should pop up on the Kiosks screens especially when folk are purchasing $55 tickets for two people, and a $15 upgrade for the Premiere perks. Smdh

I love this AMC location. The employees were nice, service was quick, and the theaters were clean. The seats seem to lean back a lot further than most as well. Very comfortable and roomy! The only issue is that parking sucks! So get there early and be prepared. I will definitely return.

I missed the Renaissance concert and wanted to venture out to a movie theatre outside of the area where I live, I chose this location and was in love! I received a Beyoncé" poster upon picking up my tickets and they had renaissance popcorn buckets and cups! The movie theatre reclining chairs were top tier! They didn't appear to have any issues and I love that there were cute little buttons to press to recline the chair. The theatre speakers are the best! I felt like I was seeing the concert live!!!! When the movie was over I was able to take pics because they had a beautiful balloon display and Renaissance back drop! I'll be back to visit this location. It's perfect and there's so many things to do in this shopping center!

I am a regular at this AMC location and I usually have pretty positive experiences. The staff is friendly and getting food or drinks is a very seamless process. However, in my last visit, the seat was not clean and had residual food on it. This was disappointing and definitely an anomaly compared to my usual experiences. Hoping to go back to a cleaner seat next time!

Been over four years and not only have I not returned to this location, I have discontinued my AMC Stubs subscription, and no longer frequent any AMC theater. I'm a very happy Cinemark customer and platinum member of their subscription program (second year as platinum). I find that Cinemark theaters are cleaner, the staff and management much more professional, and the subscription program much, much better. As a person who sees about two movies a month, AMC has lost my revenue and good will.

Clean, large seats, friendly staff. Convenient location and lots of parking around the area.

Have you ever noticed that the people who complain about this place on Yelp are always upset that staff didn't break rules to allow them to do whatever they want? And calling out workers by name because they won't break rules and let you cheat the system?Wow. Nice character. And you expect Yelp readers to take your side?This staff is always pleasant and helpful until they are forced by rude/uncompromising/self-entitled people who want special treatment. I witnessed this 1st hand this last weekend. Disgusting behavior against the staff. Some people just think they're entitled to whatever.Enjoy a movie here. The place is nice with nice people.
