AMC Burleson 14

It's been awhile since I came here. As you know, I was visiting the Fountains Fellowship Church. TFF rented out two theaters so we could watch the Jesus Revolution for $5.00 so, I came here.Thank you, TFF.The theater is easy to find. It's super dark in there so, use your cellphone light to find your way. The sound is very loud too so, take you some earplugs. Also, dress warm it's cold in there.The seats recline and are in good shape.Jesus Revolution is a must see. It is about Greg Laurie's personal struggles with relationships and challenges of ministry. He begins his life as a skeptic gets saved and saves the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. You can too. If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. I invite you to do so today. Just say, Lord Jesus, I repent of my sins and I make you my Lord and Savior. In Jesus Name Amen.Now, your on your way to a revolution just like Greg Laurie. God can use you just like Greg Laurie.

AVATAR THE WAY OF WATERAwesome movie, in 3D !The amazing graphics are breathtaking. I admit I screamed once and ducked several times when the scene got hectic in battle and creatures (fish) got close. Remember it's 3D. You'll have to see for yourself. The kids will enjoy it also. Sitting in theater # 2 right now and it's so hot. Like m butt is sweating on these chairs. Why the heck can't AMC not book a movie in a theater that clearly the AC is not working. It's only 11 am and I think it's cooler outside than it is in here. Spent over $100 for a family of 5 to come watch a movie in a hot a$$ theater. Do better AMC!

Ran out of drink several choices at Coke convenience machine. Ice was empty. I told staff but they didn't fix it. I ordered food and they ran out of it so I got a substitute. Popcorn upset my entire family's stomachs. Trash cans were overflowing. Seats were uncomfortable! We won't waste our money at this theater again! I would give 0 if I could.

We've been in a two week back and forth relationship, Today we finally made it here. Two weeks ago my sister bought us tickets to see Black Panther, it was in 3D. That's a no for me so we requested a refund. Arianna took care of us with no problem. Our second attempt as well failed, so those tickets were also returned. So, now we have an AMC gift card and a Theater Refund Card.So trying to purchase our tickets with assistance for the military discount, the young man would not take the theater refund card as payment cause it had "Not for Sale distribution" at the bottom. So we proceeded and used the gift card to purchase our tickets and paid for the remainder with cash.I was annoyed with the young man at the ticket counter and ended up spending money at the snack bar cause we were told the card was no good. I should've tried with her.Since we were early for our movie I sat and called the number on the back of the card, which told me I had a balance on the card, Back to the counter I go. He was still convinced that the balance on this card was just transferred onto my other gift card or returned to my source of payment. Why? How?It took four other employees (manager came at the end) to come to his aid. They realized that it was a message that meant it could not be sold to others. It's only redeemable at AMC. I haven't been to the movies since COVID, this was my go to theater. Before COVID it was a very nice movie theater but know the seats are broken and sunken in, some don't go back from the recline position and the Ladies restroom needed attention. Although I enjoyed Black Panther, I'll be looking for a new spot.

the food and slushie machines were broken and the hallway reeked of this sour eggy smell mixed with moldy popcorn. it smelled as if something was rotting in the halls. the 3d feature was pretty cool i guess, it would've been better if the halls didn't reek of dead possums.

Seemed to be a corporate culture of indifference. Person at front scanning tickets never looked at us. Scanned and said "you're in 14." I asked if the one scan was good for all of us or what. He never looked up or answered. Concession worker held his hand to his face as he waited on our order. Bartender did not know how to make a White Russian. When I showed the recipe to him he started to make it and then found he didn't have the ingredients. They refused to refund the tip on the card. When I asked who got the tip I was told the bartender. I suggested he pay the lady that amount and it would all be even. He refused. I asked for the manager. She told me to leave the theater and refused to refund my money. I will call corporate today but will not return to this AMC and perhaps no other. Movies are too expensive to be treated badly.

The star is for the movie itself. Wanted to enjoy an evening movie, we were in theater #5 figured the ac would turn on once the movie started but it didn't. Went and told someone jt was hot in there if they can turn on the ac and it turned on for about a minute. If I wanted to be hot watching a movie I would've went the the drive in.

Have had two separate issues. One of the theaters screen had a huge blue light through the middle really distorted the quality. Second time the theater was so hot like the AC was not working. Left the theater sweating.

This has been my preferred movie theatre for the last several years, however, lately, the quality has gone down. From the workers, to the concession area to the theaters being dirty. 9/3, I went to see The Equalizer 3 and towards the end of the movie, I saw some run across the floor. Honestly? I thought it was the reflection of the movie or maybe someone's shoe but the little fella ran out again and went down the next row. Mice carry all kinds of diseases so AMC was very fortunate no one was bitten. I'm a bit floored that the theaters are so dirty. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location until improvements are made inside AND out.
