Altitude Trampoline Park - Richardson

I recently visited Altitude Trampoline Park with my family, and it was a total hit! The place is spacious, clean, and packed with a variety of activities for all ages. The trampoline areas are great, but what really stood out was the trapeze. Swinging out over the foam pit and letting go was such a rush! It's an awesome addition that you don't see at every trampoline park, and both the kids and adults couldn't get enough of it.The dodgeball courts were also a favorite, and the rock wall was a nice challenge for anyone looking to mix things up. The whole park has a great flow, with something for everyone, whether you want to jump, flip, or just watch from the sidelines.The only downside is that it can get pretty crowded, especially on weekends, so I'd recommend booking ahead. Also, the snack bar could have a few more options, but that's just a small nitpick. Overall, we had an amazing time, and the trapeze alone is reason enough to come back!

Inquired about a birthday party. The staff was very friendly. The place was clean given what I've seen from other places like this. In the front they have party tables set up for reservations only. If you're not part of a party, you will have chairs throughout the arena to rest and place your items. Pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon but not over crowded. I also appreciated that although it was loud, it was not a piercing echoing loudness like some play places can have. The primary activity is jumping of course. There is dodgeball, and a foam pit that are better suited for older school age kids. I probably wouldn't bring kids under five yrs old here. For the party options, you can pay a fee to bring your own food or order pizza/chick fila through them.

Our kids always love altitude and it's well monitored so there's no children being absolutely crazy which is really appreciated

We had a good time, celebrating my daughters 4th birthday. Kids are rambunctious, lots of running in crowds, pretty much what you would expect.

Had my toddlers birthday party on Saturday from 12-2 and everything was flawless. The communication between the hostess, Cassidy, couldn't have been better, she was phenomenal, so attentive to our needs while also juggling other parties! The venue is very spacious even though there were other parties, it was plenty of space. Food was ordered through them and delivered/served halfway through the party. Couldn't have been a better experience & would recommend to anyone looking for a trampoline party.

The location was nice. The customer service was friendly. The lines were long as the evening went along and a few of the kids were not supervised by their parents. A couple of times kids came to our table and tried to take drinks...one took balloons from one table and brought it to our table. Another kid actually took a drink of the juice that we had to discard. It's fun for the kids, but parents, pack your patience when you go.

First time at this location and this will be my last time.We usually visit the altitude trampoline park in the Grapevine -which is absolutely amazing customer service wise and cleanliness. Which both of these lacked at this location!

So much fun I've been here several times. Love tiny DOTS ice creams, & cherry red Slurpees & jumping . It's really fun. Handicap ramp is available for those who want to go up to the trampoline level to watch their children.Also they have lockers, & shoe cubbies.

After many visits to altitude last April I left a negative review on yelp after a very bad experience. In their response to my review the owner basically called me a liar for each part of my experience at their business. Tonight after many months, 9 to be exact we decided to give this business another chance. Upon trying to check my child in, I learned we were banned from their business simply for leaving a negative review. In what world is it okay for a consumer to have a negative experience and not be able to speak to that experience. You can go to my yelp reviews there are only a couple, I am not a frequent reviewer. Our experience in April was bad enough that I decided to do so. Being banned for speaking about an experience should tell you all you need to know about this business. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
