What went well! Our birthday attendant was on point. She was attentive and very nice. Now, not being able to bring outside food I understand but giving us gas station pizza is wild to me. Don't get me wrong I like Hunts Brothers Pizza but all I can think about is a long road trip and stopping at the gas station and boom!! HUNTS BROTHERS. Like aren't all their pizzas in gas stations? The mark up for Capri Suns which I could have gone to Costco or Sams to get. I am like well this is a money racket. At least we could bring in cake. Clean the restrooms. Yes, I know it is busy but my word the restrooms are just nasty. It is Saturday you are extremely busy. This is a spot for children to have fun. Kids use the restroom clean the restroom. Also, having two Cedar Hill police officers posted at th door was off putting. I get security but what really happens in this place that two officers are needed! Is my safety in jeopardy? What about the children? I guess it is better to be safe compared to being sorry. The best part was that my grandchild had fun! She jumped! She played! She smiled! That is what matters to me. But would we book a party again? No! Would we come back for her to jump? Yes! I just won't have high expectations.

Went here with my 6 year old for a kids play date with some of my mom friends and their kids. Pros - cheap play date. I paid $7 for my son (I was free). He jumped to his heart's content and had fun with his friends. There was a basketball bounce area, an enclosed bounce area with soft balls to toss at each other, and a few bounce areas that had what appeared to be foam stairs and foam hurdles to hop over. There were massage chairs and sofas for parents to sit on B and picnic tables where people can eat if desired (bring your own food or purchase from their vending machine). Cons - this is not the cleanest place. It smells a little musty inside and could probably use a good bleaching down. Also... they did not have any safety socks in stock (the kind with rubber on the bottoms to keep you from slipping and falling). The attendant just told my son to jump in the socks he wore that day. Lastly, there is not a secure place or locker to lock up your personal items. There are small cubbies where the kids can place their shoes but I didn't see anything secure so if you come only bring the bare minimum and leave any purses and valuables at home.

So this is based SOLELY on cleanliness. This is a place that kids are jumping and playing and touching everything so one would think that the staff is going above and beyond to keep things clean. My child lost something so I went to look for it. Imagine how disgusted I am as I'm digging through two of the numerous couches and pulling crap out of the couches that have been there for only God knows how long. I asked the lady at the front how often do they clean the couches. She said she didn't know. I asked how often do they clean the facility, she didn't know. So I asked for a broom, a dust pan, a rag and something to sanitize the couch down from all the junk I pulled out the couch. She asked if there was a spill, I told her no, there was a mess I made, so she gave me the requested items. There were 3, yes THREE, staff members sitting in the trampoline block talking amongst themselves, not attempting to move. I had a parent who asked where is the staff and she looked over and said, "they aren't even trying to come help" As I finished sweeping and cleaning one couch, Kristen came over and asked if all of this came from the couches. She took the dust pan and emptied it out and I continued to sweep and clean the couches off. Once I got done i took said items back and requested to speak to the manager. I took Shay aside and asked her how often the couches are cleaned. She said they are cleaned every night. I told her I had a hard time believing that as they hadn't been open for more than an hour and showed her all the junk I pulled from the couch. Old skittles, socks, ice cream packages, baby formula pouch, amongst other crap. Once again this is from 2 couches. She said they vacuum every night however when the couches were separated there was trash between them as well. She said that she doesn't close however they are suppose to clean the couches, wipe them down and vacuum every night. She stated that her GM was headed in and she would discuss that with him and requested that I send her the pictures (which I did). I requested that Zack give me a call, which 24 hours later I still have not received a call from him or anyone else. This place is suppose to be a safe place for your kids to have fun but when sanitary conditions are not being taken care of you are sending your kids into a cesspool to get sick.

I booked a birthday party here and had trouble from the start. The prices online are not the actual prices. I didn't find that out until I saw the email of my reservation receipt. Fortunately they decided to honor the online price. *This was a few weeks ago* My time slot was for when the establishment first opened with the hopes of a lighter crowd. Our hostess was late to work that day, however was apologetic and offered to help in any way needed. I didn't mind because we were still setting up. The highlight is she was very accommodating with my party. Unfortunately she was absent through much of the reservation. One of the kids in my party got hurt and was bleeding. I had a hard time finding someone to help us. (The jump areas were unmonitored during a good portion of our reservation, and when an employee was out there in the jump area she was on her phone.) When I finally found an employee to help she was sitting there on her phone. Ironically there was a sign that instructed the employees to turn in their phones at the beginning of their shift. Then I glanced over to the break room (or whatever that room was) and saw several employees in there. I asked the lady for some ice for the little girl's bleeding mouth. She did not have ice so she gave me a cold water bottle. There is a sign that says patrons must immediately report all accidents, but the lady did nothing else besides give us the water bottle. The preordered pizza arrived much later than scheduled. I have a feeling they forgot to order the food. This park is smaller and does not have as many things to do as Urban Air, but is less crowded, and it's cheaper. The birthday gift from the park was a coupon and a mug. I'm not sure if this party was worth it, or if I should've gone somewhere else. However, the kids did have a blast.

What can I say? You ladies at the front desk noticed my son (7 years) is level 3 autistic, non-verbal, and let him jump at no cost. Twice. We were struggling at checkout (he's a runner...and me trying to pay) and you let my little guy in, no charge. Of course, I pay to jump! --I couldn't believe it! Altitude is autistic friendly. I can't believe you guys don't front yourselves as an autistic friendly play place! Wow. Altitude in Cedar Hill, TX...you guys are the best. Thank you.

We went here to celebrate my goddaughter's 6th birthday! She was excited and hungry. When asked if I ordered the food at the counter where we paid for the jumps, the attendant said, we don't have no food! I said when will they start cooking. She said we don't have a cook. I said can I bring something in she is hungry. She replied no. The other attendant said "I think they only cook Friday through Sunday". The other lady said I would turn the oven on and cook but they said the ovens aren't clean!!! . They don't take cash but there is no sign. There is no sign they cannot serve the food on the board since we brought children to a spot after school that said they served pizza, etc. I won't even go any further than this, but this is one of the poorest jump parks I have ever been to. I would not recommend. The bathrooms are gross also. Most stalls need cleaning and flushing and there is toilet paper and bugs galore.

Groooosss! There's always trash everywhere. All staff are teenagers and management is POOR. A child peed on the jump floor and I went to tell the staff and they said "thank you for letting me know". 5 minutes later my partner went to go tell them "there are bodily fluids on the floor where children are walking around in socks! It's urgent" and the teenage employee replied, "there are spray bottles over there" Told the manager and the employee started yelling at her. Yikes! Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Trash all around. Dirty restroom and restroom doors don't work. Poorly managed. I wouldn't recommend it. Ever. To anyone. EVER.

Poorly run by teenagers. There's a line when you come in the front door and the sales staff are always grouped together instead of moving the line along. Not sure how often trampolines are cleaned.
