Alternate Arms Airsoft

Very unprofessional staff, the rental gear is not beginner friendly, for a new person I would never recommend this place, it is indoors and none of the guns they have are tracers so you can't see where they're going at all, a lot of the people there are people with very good equipment and will pin you in your spawn and spam you anytime you peak out. Told the owner about the problems and all he offered was a Dr. Pepper. Never coming back and would never recommend

Okay, where to start so first and foremost Luc the owner is an amazing guy and his staff there are also great and very professional. The prices are amazing like the rentals and all for the day pass are cheap. If you are low income you can definitely afford this place. The package at the time of the review is Elite Force M4 CQC or Tavor 21, 8.4v NiMh Battery, 1 Loaded Magazine, Full Face Mask, Plate Carrier Vest. Which is such a good deal for the price they have it at. But on another note if you ask Luc if you can have a tour he will definitely take you on one and tell you all the good spots are to hide or even to get great hits from. After the tour he took me to the staging area and right away someone started to shake my hand and start a conversation with me. The community is amazing and made me feel at home for someone just trying the sport out for the first time. Also the place just now upgraded to 10,000 square feet for an indoor CQB airsoft. That's a lot and he further plans to expand it to a full 20,000 in the future. All around if you are thinking about coming to this place definitely not a disappointment. I drove an hour to get there and it was my first time playing and I'm definitely coming back again soon.

Amazing staff. They are kind and take care of anything that pops up. The main field is a good size and plays great. Recently they added a competition field that has been a blast to play on. The community has been great as I have met some really cool people in this field. They need to advertise themselves more.

Games were fun, most of the people there were nice. Only things I don't like is that my buddy tried to buy a rifle from them and it broke pretty quick and they didn't seem to be too big safety; most people's replicas never got chronoed and they didn't make any of the three in my group sign the waivers. So overall, if you're bringing your own stuff instead of renting, it's a decent place, but I won't be coming back much.

It was a good time on the field and it was great but I trip and have to go to the hospital and get some rest and to get started with a x-ray and a little more of rest and then i got to go home to get to see my family and friends.

10/10 would recommend, great staff, wonderful field, and the owner is a amazing guy. Cannot recommend this place enough, no place is better

I took my son today to play airsoft they informed me they had an event & would be playing games instead of doing airsoft. I went ahead & bought the tickets so my son could play, not even an hour later they announce the event is over & my son never got to participate. I paid $46 for him to just stand there and wait? RIDICULOUS! once I ask for a refund they proceed to deny it. What kind of business is this? I'm a struggling low income mother trying to do something fun for her sons birthday now this is the memory he'll carry for his 9th birthday for the rest of his life, thanks.

Staff is amazing- especially Frank! Very knowledgeable and very supportive for new players. Goes above and beyond to ensure safety and fun!!!! This place is the best!!!!

Great time I loved coming here it was just a over all great experience. Good for beginners and has great prices
