Do not sign your child up here. My daughter's experience in the cartwheel class was terrible.The children are out of control. One girl slapped my daughter on the behind 3 classes in a row, another student. Multiple students would cut in front of my daughter when lining up to do activities causing my daughter to miss out on turns. This was not corrected by any of the multiple instructors. Girls interrupt instructors and it takes up valuable class time. I am not satisfied.I notified them of my cancellation after class tonight and Linda told me I would not receive a refund for my December tuition. I would like the owner to make things right by refunding me and an apology would be kind. I feel my complaint was not taken seriously by Linda and I was offered no apology. As someone who took dance for 18 plus years I have never seen anything like this cartwheel class. Completely out of control, a complete disappointment and waste of money.

Not recommended. They are not working on the foundation of gymnastics enough. If you attend this location and switch to a more established gym, you will find your kids are missing skills. We moved on due to their lack of quality customer service. When they chose not to refund for our daughter's birthday after she broke her toe, we knew it wasn't the right place for us. We cannot support a business that doesn't place value on doing the right thing.

I've been there one time for a kid's birthday party and was not impressed to say the least. I had a 1 star experience, but I'll add a star to give them the benefit of the doubt! This was a party consisting of little kids ranging from like 15 months to 4 years old, kids way too young to follow rigid rules(can only go one way, only one person on trampoline, "don't do this, don't do that"). They had this young girl running the party who took her job WAY too seriously, the last person that should have been running this sort of party! Again, I've only been there this one time, but it was that negative of an experience that I wouldn't go again.

Great facility and employees! My son took Ninja Warrior classes here and they're all about fun and good form!

So glad I found this gym (gem) haha! My kids have only been here a few weeks and they jumped right in without missing a beat. The lessons expand their physical capabilities and they are getting an extra from me for their "Parents night out" event they hold monthly! I'm part of the homeschool membership which you don't just find anywhere. Fits our needs and daily schedules perfectly!

My daughter had previously had gymnastics at this McKinney location, just a little before covid started. She enjoyed it, so I was looking for a camp and seen that this location was having a day camp for the summer. I took her there for only 1 full day just to see how she would like it. So I picked her up she seem to be having fun .... however when we got in the car she told me how this male instructor name Sam was being mean to her. I asked her what happened she told me well I was on the trampoline and the guy (SAM) told me to get off but yet she seen others in her class on it and so my daughter was very confused and then asked a female instructor in the same class can she go on the trampoline the female said (YES) now im confused how its possible you have 2 instructors from the same camp telling my child 2 different things. I mind you there's less than 25 kids. When I called to speak with them about it....they gave a lame excuse like maybe the kids were trying to move off to the next thing to do. No i dont buy it, so your telling me the instructors weren't in sync? Anyways I told my daughters father which was very upset and wanted to go up there to speak with Sam directly and I told him its not worth it. Safe to say she wont be going back and Sam which I believe is the only male instructor there, needs to be mindful how he talks to the kids! I dont like a grown man picking on my daughter and she was one of the only darker skin girls there! I want my child to feel safe and comfortable..my daughter was in tears telling me what happened! NEVER AGAIN
