Addison Conference and Theatre Centre

I came here for a meeting is a nice building. I shunt know what else to say. Is in Addison and they're are a few food sports in walking distant. Is a great place for meetings I can't see it used for a large wedding. Parking is kind of limited.

This past Saturday's Rotary Resolution Run was held at the ACC, conveniently located down Addison Road next to AC Park. A big, huge screen shouting the venue's name greeted me as I drove up -- a clear indication of easy location.The venue doesn't look like much from the outside, but it sneakily opens up into a HUGE room that can accommodate any type of event. Big, high, wood-paneled ceilings hold pendant style canned lighting, which gives a comforting and very aesthetically-pleasing view when you look up.The carpet is blue-gray with a clean, crisp design and very well maintained. It doesn't look the least bit ratty or tacky!The sound system is also impressive and can flood the place with whatever style of tunes the hosts decides. The host himself was a little hard to hear on stage with his microphone, although I'm not sure if the event's emcee hooked the system up wrong or if it's always this way.The parking is small but easily accessible, and I got my things in and out in a snap!Geez, I sound like a commercial for the Town of Addison...don't I? ;)

Came here just recently for a weekend seminar. While the place isn't particularly huge by any means it held the roughly 400 person seminar along with the volunteers and staff pretty well. parking wasn't too much of an issue for a group that size and the space is clean and well kept. Its got that kinda recent stone and exposed wood beam look. Not a bad place if you're looking for a smaller to medium sized venue for an event.

This was my first time visiting the Addison conference center for the Yogi festival. It was hectic finding somewhere to park. I did like the fact the parking was free. Once inside the restrooms were fee and far between. The facility was cleaned and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Everything went very smoothly with the event last Friday. I was quite impressed with Rodrigo (maintenance), who came by before the event started and gave me his card in case I needed to call him during the event. I love the venue and set-up was excellent. Addison Conference & Theatre Centre staff without exception are outstanding -- professional, reliable, accessible, helpful -- with world class results.

The ACC hosted our 3 day annual National Sales Meeting (Feb 2017). The space was great and the staff extremely easy to work with, especially Dani McArthur, who was very attentive to our needs and on top of the multiple changes we made in the week leading up to the meeting. Our Group of 50 was very pleased!!

The site of the convention center offers a beautiful space for Addison to host a wide variety of events and conferences. Although the facilities aren't as new as some meeting centers in the area and the carpet dates back to what seems like a different decade, the space is comfortable and welcoming.My favorite attribute has to be the hall lined with photographs of key moments in Addison's history; below, you'll find pay phones and white pages - a nice novelty.

Had been to this building many times as part of other Addison events (Oktoberfest, Taste of Addison, etc.) and I always thought it was pretty inside in a nice setting. Decided to have my wedding/reception there as I was looking for something a little unique (not a hotel) and in a central N Texas location. I was pleased from start to finish.The event sales and coordinator were so easy to work with, the rooms offer multiple configuration options, the tall windows and nice landscaping were lovely and great for photos, and the price was right. I loved that they allowed us to bring in our own alcohol/drinks which saved a ton of money, and we could choose any caterer/food service that is located in Addison (which is everyone).The evening was perfect, everything looked great, guests had a nice time. The only downside is they don't have a on-site coordinator (there is a facilities person on-site) so everything from the ceremony to the moving of flowers, etc. needs to have a "volunteer" to help direct.

We hosted a conference here in August and I would highly recommend it for any group looking for an easy to access venue with great amenities. The staff was accommodating, the price was great, and the event ran smoothly. We will definitely keep this in mind for future events!

we had our event in June 2016 - and no other place is like the conference center it is amazing, we do 100 events a year all over the states and they are the easiest to work with, friendly, pleasant and helpful - couldn't have asked for any better. Catering is amazing all of our customers were asking who is the caterer, who is the caterer. if I could give a higher score I would. Dina Love
