Aca Las Tortas

Great street style tacos ordered 1 chicken and 1 beef for my wife with red and green salsa to go.Both had great flavor and also excellent serviceThe cooks and the cashier's sill using the COVID portocal wearing masks.Will return to try their other items on the menu.

The tortas are huge here! Easily two meals for a normal appetite. Ordered the huasteca which was full of meat and flavor. They also gave us a cup of tomato noodle soup which went perfectly with the torta. Took about 5ish minutes from order to receipt of the torta to go. Will definitely be back!

I wish I took a pic of this corn quesadilla. I almost asked if I needed to order more than one because my mind went straight to what a normal corn tortilla looks like but I figured the size of it in the picture was as big as the plate so I'll just order. Let me tell you, this was the BEST quesadilla I'd ever had! It was a homemade tortilla with a delicious cheese, cream, and lettuce. I would have preferred a diff type of lettuce or even a heavy load of cilantro but overall I ate this entire thing. The green salsa was delish but not spicy enough so I added the cream red salsa which hit the spot. The only downfall is parking. Aside from that, if I'm ever in Dallas again, this will be the first place I go to!

I've got nothing bad to say about this place. Anything I have gotten from here has been delicious. The prices are very reasonable. And the lady who works the counter is always so friendly. I want nothing but the best for these people. The fact that they survived the one two punch of Covid and having access to their restaurant hampered for over a year by road construction really says something about how good this place is.

Very small place, parking can be tricky during rush hour. They give you free sopa de fideo when you dine in. I ordered the quesadilla de maiz which was very good but the fajita had a weird taste to it, I think it was the seasoning they used. The horchata was decent. Overall it was an average spot. Wouldn't go out my way to come back but if I were in the area and wanted something quick, then I would definitely consider it.

Aca Las Tortas is a a great food find. Yes - this quaint hole in the wall food establishment does not have many yelp reviews but the Tortas alone are worth the visit.I came here on Saturday right before noon. It was not busy and there were a few tables for those who wish to dine in. Aca las tortas has many different variety of DF style Mexican sandwiches and you just have to be ready to pick one. I recommend trying to the #1 La Atorona ($8 bucks). It's a fried chicken cutlet sandwich with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños avocado and refried beans. You can make it a combo with a side of fries and Mexican coke. Remember sometimes it's all about the bread and this Torta bread is stored in containers to maintain freshness.Welcome Touch: If you decide to dine in, they serve you a small plate of fideo soup as a starter. Think tomato, stock-based savory soup. It's this soup many Mexican kids grew up eating that if you close your eyes, you will be brought back to your favorite childhood memory of waiting for the tortillas to be done so you can sit down and eat.Yelp Tip: It's located on a corner next two a school. As others have mentioned, the parking lot is a bit snug and can be tricky to get into. Definitely will be back.

Vieja torta con chorizo - best breakfast torta I've had outside of Mexico. Breakfast burrito con chorizo - delicious Salsa and chips - wonderful hot roasted red pepper salsa, excellent change of pace from most taco jointsSmall spot with great quick service. Put in your list for Dallas

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, food, and staff. I felt like every bite I was flashing back to my childhood from the sopa de fideo, flautas and the torta. Don't get me started on the agua de horchata And you know it's even better when my son who is picky destroyed his food 100/10 recommend!!

Just finished huge breakfast burrito and coffee. Delicious food. Cute corner restaurant with giant CocaCola decor.
