Jose and Daniel did an excellent job installing my new pool table. They were very professional, respectful of my wood floors and furniture, and provided needed useful information and recommendations. I would highly recommend 5 Star Billiards to anyone who is looking to install a new pool table or needs to move a used pool table.

I brought this pool table from NFM. It's a very nice pool table. NFM used 5 star billiards to install the table. For the most part, they did a nice job. They did not install the felt around the bumpers smooth and has many rough areas. I called them many times before they responded to my calls. They set an appointment to come back to fix the problem. They never kept the appointment and they never returned my calls. I'm glad I did not spend any money with this company because their customer service is terrible. They deserve a (0) star, if I could give it to them. I know, NFM will take care of my problem because their customer service is terrific. I just hope they stop using this terrible company that called themselves 5 star billiards for installations.
