Really cute family-owned Korean spot! I've been here once pre-COVID and both times they had great banchan and friendly service. The prices are pretty reasonable and the portions normal to largish.During my recent visit, I ordered the bibim naengmyun and tried the seafood tofu stew. Sadly a huge chunk of their menu was crossed out at the time. The tofu stew was as expected, but the bibim naengmyun turned out to be just naengmyun with a couple different types of kimchi? I'd never had it before, but based on impressions/recipes from online I was expecting something a bit different. Flavor was still good, but very one-note. We also came kind of early, around 4:50ish, and even though they were supposed to be open, they were not. After calling they said they'd open in 10 minutes, so luckily we just had to walk around the block a couple times and then were able to dine.

Ignore all the wh!te Yelpers and "foodies."This place is legit. They gave us perilla jeon/(!!!) and grilled mackerel on the house for our toddler. Everything was solid, especially the spicy BBQ pork (), which was made with pork belly. My family and I will definitely be back!

Stopped by here for dinner to avoid the traffic on I-294 during rush hours. We ordered Pa-Jeon (Korean Seafood Pancake), BiBimBap and Bulgogi. The food tastes good, but they were not great. The Pa-Jeon was not very firm. My BiBimBap had no meat just a few pieces of imitation crab meat. Bulgogi came with a huge portion, which was great. They served several side dishes including kimchi. The tofu skin tasted great.

I've been feeling under the weather so I was craving some seolleongtang (ox bone soup with noodles and meat) and this was the PERFECT place to go. I'm feeling refreshed and slightly better! Bring a korean speaking friend- this place is very authentic. Their signs and menus on the wall are all in korean. The barley tea that they provide is very good, and they will bring you a pitcher for refills. They also give kimchi and pickled garlic along with pickled daikon for appetizers. The seollongtang is delicious. You can add some salt to enhance the flavor, and they have some hot pepper paste as well. You can also add in green onions. It comes with noodles and meat that is very tender. For two bowls of soup, we paid $27 after tip and tax. Overall, money well spent! Would highly recommend this restaurant.

So much yum!!! I ordered the bi bim bap which was made perfectly. There was only a little meat but I didn't mind because usually bi bim bap only has egg, but the egg was cooked perfectly!!! This is a mom and pop joint so expect authenticity. There isn't a HUGE selection of Korean foods but what they make is very good!I will definitely return!

Korean beef soup was pretty good! They give you green onions to add to your soup. Probably wont drive through traffic to han bat shul lung tang anymore! They also gave me a bottle of water to pour in my cup which was convenient. Side dishes were good but only got 2...

This place has been opened for more than 20 years. Their soup and banchans were so delicious and the owner, Mrs. Oh was very sweet. I will be coming back for more!

Went in Sunday evening for dinner. I felt as if I was in a restaurant in a countryside of Korea. Not the fanciest place, sort of odd color schemed interior, but one with great food. There are some obstacles - menu may be hard to decipher if you do not read Korean, if you are looking for a more upscale dining area, this may not be the place for you. However, if you are able to overcome these, you will be handsomely rewarded with authentic home cooking style Korean food, which has become increasingly rare in the city. Pricing is great for the quality/quantity of food.Try spicy octopus/squid/pork, kalbi, beef soup or any of the grilled fish options.

Ordered the hot beef stew, bibimbap, and a side of cucumber with kimchi. We asked for a side of kimchi but they only had paste so we opted for the cucumber. The veggies were fresh and crisp. Amazing portion sizes for the price.
