I love this DQ! The teenage workers bring so much fun and positive energy. The mulatte is my favorite ice cream dessert hands down and the cheese curds are also delish. Decided to give DQ a try again... after my last experience I figured maybe things have changed.Nope. Ordered the #4 (two of them)One with no cheese (American and white cheddar) and no Mayo one with no Mayo and I asked instead of the white cheddar if I could replace with American cheese Guess what? Got two burgers the exact same only one was made with two Pattie's and one slice of onion. I'm so pissed. I even confirmed with the young lady at the window both burgers having no Mayo and one with no cheese and the other with American cheese sub with another slice of American cheese instead of the white cheddar - she CONFIRMED. My receipt doesn't even have the sub with American cheese as I had askedLike WTF? Pissed annoyed is how I'm feeling just because I don't live that close to this location. DQ BETTER and train your drive thru cashier and those making the burgers to follow the instructions!

Key points: food was below average and burnt, customer service was horrible. Would definitely go out of my way to get Dairy Queen at another location. Half of my order was not given to me yet when problem was brought up, staff was passive and gossiping to each other in Spanish, not knowing I am a Spanish speaker. If I could rate 0/5, I would.
