Cute ambiance and good drinks! The barista was helpful and willing to answer questions. There was ample seating and it's open late compared to other boba shops in the area if you need a late night fix.

I said hi to him on Sunset (Hollywood not Houston) one time and he told me to f off.DaBoba has excellent milk teas, lovely service, and is giving SE Houston and Pasadena a wonderful extra boba option, right next to where Bambu used to be, in the same plaza as Oh My Tea, which itself has some of the best Cafe Sua Da in Texas.I've tried this one, as well as the OG Houston location on Bellaire, which is amazing, as well as Brooklyn and Chicago, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them, from their products to their service to their beautiful decor, and I absolutely love hanging out here as well.I prefer the drinks at the other Houston location on each occasion I've been here, but I'll definitely stop back when I'm in the area and will update you then. However, since there's so little good boba down here on this side of town, it still has to get 5 stars.Plus, look at Barbi's pix. How do you not give 5 stars. And if you ask a Russian girl that loves Boba where to get a good Milk Tea, expect her to say "Da, Darling." Of course she's referring to DaBoba on Bellaire. What did you think she was referring to.And remember:If you have an Audi, Nissan or ROVERIf you come from Wilmington Delaware (or DOVER)If you like red dude on Sesame St (GROVER)If your hot gf just said it was OVERDon't you worry cause you'll find anOTHERIn the meantime let tapioca be your LOVERBefore you see a girl and want to disROBE HERCome and get a Milk Tea from DABOBAWHAT

I really wish this place opened when I was still in undergrad/hs! Since it's super cute and would be a pretty good place to study. Boba: 4The drinks are pretty similar to other chains. The milk teas are a nice balance between the tea and dairy. While it doesn't stand out to be 5 stars I'm giving it 4 stars since the quality is pretty consistent. Food: 4The popcorn chicken was well seasoned even though it was a bit sweeter then the ones from other places. Service: 3.5The servers are nice but it does take time for the order to be ready Atmosphere: The cafe is really cute and they change the decorations to reflect the season!

It was mostly good. The brown sugar milk tea needed something. It wasn't sweet even though I got full sugar and mixed it well. It also lacked that milk tea flavor. But it wasn't horrible. The passion fruit tea was very good even with mid sugar. The inside was very cute. The patio was large. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Daboba is absolutely better than the bubble tea store that it replaced. It's also much better than Oh My Tea in the same complex. The tapioca here is chewy and fresh. The milk tea itself is pretty good. I had the classic milk tea here, and my husband got the roasted brown sugar milk tea (which is sickeningly sweet). They seem to be working out some of the kinks still; they could not tell me the two flavors of muffins that are in the display case. They are also still learning how to... run their business, which is fine. It's a new business! Their prices ARE a little on the high side. They also charge you $1 for drinks with no ice; I understand that there can be a surcharge, but $1? Also, $4 for a muffin?! Gong Cha is still #1 for me. Lastly, I HATE the bear shaped dome lid that they put on your drinks on top of the sealed plastic lid. It's a giant waste of plastic AND it fixes your straw at an awkward place. It's so unnecessary.

Daboba is one of my favorite places to pick up a specialty tea. The first time I came, which was for their opening, I ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Coco. This tea has a roasted creamy flavor mix of chocolate and brown sugar. Today I ordered the Mango Frappe which was so good. It is filled with mango chunks and yogurt foam on top. Upon entering there are florals hanging on the ceiling and a boxwood hedge panel with bear paws on the wall. This place gives the feel as though you are in an air conditioned garden. Close to the register there is a touch screen where you can enter in your order. I highly recommend this place, not just for their teas but the people who work here have great customer service.

Good boba, and I love the souvenir cup it went in. I ordered peach green tea with lychee jelly. Nice, clean, colorful atmosphere too. I like the varied menu (they even have beignets), and little games for kids.

Ooooommmmggggg! First time here and I totally get it now. I don't normally love boba drinks. But these! So creamy, so fresh. I think mine may have a thousand calories but I don't care! Prices are very reasonable too. Much rather have this than a Starbucks drink amy day (and I love coffee) which is more expensive. Service was quick on a Sunday afternoon. This stop made my weekend :-)

Such a cute boba shop, with really delicious and unique drinks as well! The workers here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The ones that I met also spoke Vietnamese so my mom was able to ask questions in Vietnamese. I love that this is a Vietnamese owned business! There is a huge variety of drinks here, and in addition to your usual boba drinks they also have purple rice yogurt drinks, a cheese tea series (tea with cheese foam), and other yogurt drinks! A small size is around $5.25 and a large size is around $6.25, which I think is pretty standard. I got the cheese green tea and also tried my parents' kumquat lemon seasons tea. Both are delicious and pretty solid drinks, but I would recommend the cheese green tea more. I didn't adjust the sweetness on either and found them to be a good sweetness. The cheese green tea was fragrant and slightly creamy from the cheese foam. The kumquat lemon seasons tea tasted almost exactly like Lipton lemon iced tea, which I think tastes fine but honestly I didn't taste the kumquat at all. Service here is incredible; this is the first boba place I've been to where the worker actually brings the drinks out and hands them to you personally. I love how the cups are shaped like a bear. So cute! They also sell food here! Fried fish ball and tofu, beignets, chicken wings, popcorn chicken, shrimp tempura, and fries. Overall, a great experience here. I would highly recommend trying it out!

When landing in Houston, I was hit with crazy humidity and heat that I would be craving something cold everyday. Turns out, this boba shop was next to our Airbnb, and my friends and I would literally go each day we were in Houston for a drink LOL. The location that my friends and I would went to is a plaza across of Pho Hai and The Crawfish Pot & Oyster Bar on Gulf Fwy in South Houston. There's a huge parking lot with ample stalls. My usual to-go drink from this chain were always Roasted Brown Sugar Milk Tea with oolong tea, so of course my first day would be that drink. The drink was delicious! Definitely quenched my thirst and also helped ease me into the humidity. The next couple of days, I got that and also their Daboba Coffee. Their Daboba coffee wasn't a favorite as it tasted a bit watery in my opinion. My friends got their yogurt drinks, and they were good and refreshing! I also got their shrimp tempura once and wow, loved how crispy they came out to be. The shop also provided a sweet chili sauce for the tempura. A very satisfying snack! This shop has a variety of different drinks and also snacks for customers compared to other locations I've been to. Loved how the location was conveniently close to our Airbnb and hopefully, I'll be back again soon!
