The bingsoo here is fantastic. They invested in a machine that makes velvety soft ice and shapes it into a pretty pyramid. You can get yours with fresh durian, but be warned that it might not be very good. It's to be expected for most exported tropical fruits. If you want to good (or even decent) durian, it's best to just fly to Asia.I'm glad they're back in business. I don't know if they're going to last this time, unless they can make some serious changes. First, update the menu to bring back some of the old favorites (fruit bomb, strawberry bliss). Second, get the recipe proportions right and be consistent with it. My taro chè is more like taro paste. I usually whine about other places skimping on fresh taro or replacing it with a powder, but they've gone to the other extreme.

Wonderful dessert place by H mart in Lynnwood. They finally reopened. Great selections of dessert slushies , fruity shakes and smoothies and tea and fruit drinks. Staff make your order really well and lots of preps to make your dessert delicious, be patient with them as they are usually understaffed. Price is fairly reasonable, Place is clean and there's a great seating area if you want to enjoy your dessert right away.

I love flans, so when I learned that this place have a few flavors of flans, I have to go check it out! I ordered their original flan, and my husband ordered the lychee Black tea with lychee jelly. I think we were both happy with what we got. Their flan is creamy with the yummy taste of caramel. Too bad I was there too late in the day so I could not order it on top of coffee. Definitely something to try next time. The store is quite big for a bubble tea/dessert shop. There are lots of standing room, but they only have bar stools along the windows. I think they can use the space better. Also, they serves a few fried savory snack items, so the fried oil fumes from the kitchen defiantly gave the place a smell and I felt like everything is a little sticky because of it. I'm super sensitive with greasy kitchen smell and feel. This bothers me a little, but it probably won't bother other people.

Cheaper then Bambu with more variety. The space is large and every choice looks bomb. They also have shaved ice. Can't wait to come back.

First time here and we came in around 9pm.Not too crowded.Loved the display of the menu, but to add pictures to the drink name in a flip chart? Great idea. I'd put another one by the menu though. We had a few people jump line to see the chart and WHAMMY! They started to place their orders...but that's more of a customer issue. As for the service? Thi was awesome. She was so concerned about providing a great product with a great service. This place definitely keeps tabs on their reviews because I kept hearing apologies about the waiting. Which to me didn't seem as bad as some of these reviews stated. Maybe it's a time thing...who knows. We ordered the Spicy Mango, Spicy Pineapple, Fruit Bomb, some watermelon slush drink for a kid. They were good, but compared to ones we've had in CA...these don't compare. Few pieces of fruit if any at all. Need to mix it up unless you like drinking pockets of tamarind/chilli powder stuff.I'd go back because I think this is the only place that has drinks like this...but most likely I'd go back only if I need to get lost in H-Mart...

Tried coming here twice and closed both times, contrary to what their yelp hours say. My wife called earlier today to ask if they had a che drink she's looking for and they answered their phone and said yes. Did not say they were closed. We got there and the door was locked. Frustrating and off the list.

We have been wanting to try this place for quite some time and finally made it. The establishment was clean but understaffed with only 2 people. I ordered the Bean Lover Da Che and asked them to hold the jelly. They only held the green jelly and left the white and brown ones. The taro bean tasted chewy like it was from a can. The yellow bean had little flavor. My daughter got the Strawberry Da Frost. When the gal was making the Da Frost, we noticed she used a spoon to taste the strawberry prior to blending....to make sure it's fresh perhaps?Meh...I don't think so. Back to Bambu we go!

Finally! A Che/Vietnamese dessert place close to home. Now I never have to leave Lynnwood!! This place loads up your Che with lots of goodies I would say one order is good for sharing. My absolute favorite right now is the bean lover and yes it's a dessert. They layer many different types of beans, jellies and load you up with sweet coconut milk. :)

Clean, inviting and spacious joint. It's new to the strip mall. Having the photo album at the register was a must if you want to know what your ordering. The menu board gave no description of what the drinks are. Service was a bit challenging. There was a cashier, a guy blending and a kitchen person. The cashier stepped away, leaving the guy blending to take orders and blend, which caused a back up in orders; it took over 10 minutes to get the drinks. Watermelon with basil. Not sweet, but refreshing popping sensation. The watermelon was blended perfectly and the sugar level was low. This drink would be perfect for the summer to quench your palette. Taro Addict. It's a meal! Huge plentiful chunks of taro, which were really sweet. The accompanying jellies and coconut juice is typical of other Che' drink joints.

So happy they're open again!!They still have the classic chè drinks that made me fall in love with this place years ago, but their menu's also been updated quite a bit so I wanted to post some pictures of that.Still a cozy, welcoming atmosphere; still really kind and quick service; still perfect ché. Can't wait to try our their new offerings!
