I love this place they have the best veggie torta! Tons of veggies including jalapeños and also panela cheese. Unfortunately, the cheese was missing completely one time I had the sandwich delivered and that really ruined my lunch cuz the cheese is the most important part! Otherwise I'm just eating a bunch of vegetables and bread with zero protein! I couldn't go get the cheese cuz I was at work and they refused to bring it to me for their own obvious reasons. Today, ordered the same sandwich and I'm so disappointed that I have the tiniest slice of cheese on this huge veggie torta. I even wrote in the "notes" section to not forget the cheese. They didn't forget it but it's the tiniest slice of cheese ever. I'm disappointed because I really love these tortas but it's hit and miss with the cheese.

First of all I had to wait a long time to get my items. I get it sometimes its busy but other people that came after us got their orders first! I ordered some cueritos preparados that claimed they had penuts not one single penut was on my cup . I didn't notice till I got home! This is my first time coming here and probably my last! The wait was ridiculous. My son ordered a Mango smoothie it tasted way more like sour orange than mango. My daughter ordered a chamango and it also targeted like the mangos they used were still green like not even ready to eat. Very disappointing tbh
