D-4 Cafe & Bar

D-4 Cafe was amazing! I was visiting from San Francisco and knew this was my chance to eat some authentic Bosnian food. My Bosnian partner looked up a couple of places and I'm so glad we found this one.The cevapi was perfectly spiced on the soft warm pita. That was the best Bosnian coffee I've had too! The Burek was so fresh, it took about 20-30 to make but was so worth it.It's a quiet, humble restaurant with a mom n pop duo making the food! As their son told me and thanked me for coming, the food is made with love. Sweet mom and pop shop serving reasonably priced and tasty Bosnian food. I've been craving some of the cevape and veal sandwich lately. I'm a returning customer!!

How come this place has only one review? This mom and pop place is a gem, hole in a wall place. It deserves all the praise.The owners are from Bosnia, and they serve authentic Balkan food. I ordered cheese pita, shopska salad, and yogurt. The salad was a great mix of fresh veggies, topped with chunks of feta cheese. Cheese pita was stuffed with cheese, was fresh and crips. You can tell it was just made. Delicious.The restaurant seems to have a bar as well - I see a few types of options for those that like to accompany the meal with a drink.Will definitely come back!

We went to D-4 once so far and ordered burek for takeout. It was delicious, home-made by the owner's mother. We will be back soon--we want to try the other things from the menu. Everything looked delicious, and the owners were really kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

this place is truly a family owned restaurant that holds true to its close knit values.i came in after closing time, due to google's unfortunate misinformation, but despite my lateness, the restaurant owner and his son were BEYOND accommodating.they allowed me ample time to look through the menu and ask questions DESPITE being in after closing time.i ended up choosing the ćevapi and raznjici which were both PHENOMENAL and prepared very fast!!100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a home cooked meal and a family friendly atmosphere with kind people :)
