Great ambience and a lively place. Our barista was very informative and gave us great information on the croissants available. Ordered a cappuccino and enjoyed it But the only thing I didn't particularly like is that they aren't serving them in the coffee mugs even for the dine-in option. Would have been nice if they offered the drinks in the coffee mugs. They have a great collection of flavored lattes if that is your jam

We were looking for a dry cleaner and stumbled along this place in the businesses that were near the dry cleaner. So happy to have found it AND it has a drive thru!!! The interior is so calming and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the coffee.....YES, it was so good. Nice to discover this place and will definitely be back. I tried the Scratch latte which I asked what was in it and can't remember but it was super yum. My boyfriend had the Flat White and that was also delicious. If you're in the Redmond Ridge area, stop by you won't be disappointed.

I so want to like Cypress. It's okay at best. It's big and a good location to meet people and hang out. But the coffee just isn't anything special. It isn't gross or anything, but there's nothing I'd go out of my way for. The employees are nice and I know I will be treated respectfully. That's huge, so that's why they get 3 stars. Their sunshine breakfast sandwich is very good, and many of their breakfast items are tasty.

This is such a cute coffee shop. First off their baked goods are delicious! I've tried the spinach bread and the chocolate croissant and it's delicious! One of my favorite coffees is The Mocha and Scratch. It's also conveniently located right across the street from where I live so being able to have a coffee break and enjoy a little walk is nice for someone who works from home. The staff is so nice! They're always bubbly and helpful whenever I have any random questions about anything. It's also ver charming when regulars come in and they have their small talks. It just shows how much the staff really pay attention to people and how friendly they are. 10/10 recommend!

Really cool spot with good coffee. I would give a higher rating but I ordered an oat milk matcha latte and it wasn't green at all and tasted like warm oat milk. Fortunately, when I went back the next day and asked for them to put extra matcha in, they did and it was much better! The ambience amid great and they have a drive through! Two very clean bathrooms inside. Some food options and bakery items. Plenty of coffee options and plant-based milk options. I was staying very nearby so this was convenient!!

I'm seriously missing Sunday mornings at Cypress Coffee right now.Love the coffee, pastry options, and art on the walls.Usually I have headphones on when I'm there but sometimes I overhear some of the conversations. Seems like many customers are regulars and have gotten to know the baristas pretty well. So glad they're able to be at least partially open (drive through and walk up) right now.

I'm somewhat of a regular here when I am in town. It's a great place to get a yummy cup of coffee and do work. They tend to be busier in the mornings and clear up in the afternoon, but I wish they were open at least until 5. The baristas are all friendly and wonderful and I appreciate that they try to remember my order :) The ambiance is also great for studying, with a lot of other people doing work, plenty of outlets, good wifi, and a nice PNW feel to the cafe. I love coming here!

Our go-to spot. They know my order by heart and often have it ready when I get to the window. They are kind and thoughtful which is sometimes rare in customer service. Oh and they always carry oatmilk!
