Wow! I'm in a restricted diet, and gluten is one of my allergies. I did take out because who doesn't want to eat dinner on the sofa with a cozy blanket on a cool evening. The first thing that struck me is that they have gluten-free items on their menu! You don't know how much time I look at menus while out running errands only to decide going home is the only option. We ordered the Sag, potato pancake, and the chicken appetizer. I have to say the potato pancake blew me away. I also loved the Sag, but I didn't realize how spicy it was. It won't stop me from ordering the next time. I look forward to coming back for a dine in experience. I really enjoyed the food and will definitely be back. Great Job!

Servers were super nice and accommodating for a bigger party with no reservation. The restaurant ambiance was super cute and we were able to sit in the back where we were sitting on some floor cushions with super low tables that would be similar to eating at home. Food was plenty flavorful. I ordered a chicken tikka with garlic naan and it came with rice as well. Everything tasted very good and just the right amount of seasoning. Would come back again to try something else on their menu.

I have been going to Curryosity for years. Their saag curry and Thai coconut curry are my two favorite dishes, and I always start with the veggie samosas because of the lovely chutneys they are served with. It is less of a traditional Indian menu with some fusion type meals. But it's always tasty. Only negative is the service is usually unexplainably slow, like the servers are there but are afraid to approach you to take your order or check on you. Even when it's very quiet and seems empty. For this reason I prefer to do takeout from them.

Curry for Non Indians basically, or young Indians who grew up here and do not know better. San Diego style, standardized,. like all the Indian Mugalhi, Thai and Afghani places. What people here in San Diego do not, god forbid, want, is individuality or character.Curryosity delivers from its generic little name to the food..Alas..

Parking is on the street and can be a challenge but the food is worth it! Our party of 8 had reservations in the patio area and we barely missed happy hour which is 3-5pm. I ordered a Nirvana Sangria and Nirvana Chicken Curry (I didn't take a photo because I devoured it.) Both were delicious! My friend ordered the Mussels and they were super rich with a good spice kick but was so delicious! I definitely will be coming back and trying more Indian Food! The Naan was perfect. My friend did order a side sauce and it was $6 which seems a bit much for a just a side of sauce. The atmosphere is nice boho feel and my friend did an Indian dance move for some free Papadam.

Such a cute spot for lunch/dinner! I got the Nirvana curry with bruschetta naan- both were very delicious! Also it was happy hour (everyday from 3-5pm) so our appetizer was $5! Our waitress was very quick and kind and I will definitely be back to try other curries/dishes here! It's very cute inside, perfect for date night too! The portion was perfect, not too much or too little!

My friends and I really had a nice time here. We brought a fairly large party and so we got to take up the back lounge. The seats were very comfortable cushions on the floor with lowered tables which gave it a friendly vibe. Staff was all very friendly and was happy to explain the menu and make recommendations. They also came in often to see if we needed anything. They also had a "free item if you dance" deal on the menu so our friend did a dance and they came to record it. The food was all delicious! Definitely get an order of cheese naan and curry Mac and cheese. The lamb was insanely tender and the nirvana chicken curry was excellent. Looking forward to a trip back sometime soon!

I was curious about the name and really want to try out this spot. Love the cute set up and the mural art on the wall. Menu has a nice variety and there's something in there for everyone. Please have a nice ambience , cute decor and the service is good.I was super excited to try the food, but it was a little underwhelming . We had the curry fries, tandoori chicken, mixed vegetable curry, samosas slim, garlic naan, masala chicken, and masala chai. I'm giving the three stars because some of the food items were good but some were not . For example, the tandoori chicken had no flavor at all. Bought the chicken and vegetable curry dishes tasted the same. The chai masala, fries and samosas were good .

This place is still such a great staple!Everything is large and filling and there hasn't been something we have disliked on the menu. The drinks are always very tasty and their food always flavorful. They could use another server or two since this place is always packed but that's the least of our concerns when the food and drink are great!Apparently there is a back room you can rent out where you sit on the floor so keep that in mind for private events!

I have been telling everyone about this place. It is by far the best Indian food in San Diego. I love the authentic table placements and the ambiance is super chill - I want to reserve the big room for my next birthdayAll of their dishes are incredible. Last time we got the paneer tika masala and the nirvana. The Somosa is also very good. I don't think there is anything on the menu that would not be amazing.
