Cup & Cone

During our stay at the Arizona Biltmore, we visited Cup & Cone twice in one day. The first visit was in the morning for a quick coffee stop. I opted for a plain cold brew, while my husband chose a cold brew with sugar-free vanilla and a splash of oat milk. Service was fast and friendly and we were out within minutes to enjoy our morning. After a day out in the sun, we returned to Cup & Cone before heading back to our room. I ordered my go-to, iced oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder, and my husband picked out a Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake for us to share. One bite of the mousse and we were both hooked! It was divine. We ended up finishing the cake right there at the cafe. My latte was perfectly balanced and tasted great.Unfortunately, we missed out on trying their gelato as Cup & Cone closes at 9:00 pm on weekends, and we didn't make it back in time on both nights. Maybe next time!

This place had the best hours at the resort and had the best walk-in service. Their iced chai lattes were perfect and their spinach and cheese danish was perfect for a quick bite. However, the stars for me were the strawberry cheesecakes that looked like little bulbasaurs. It was a delicious gold speckled strawberry coating and inside was cheesecake and strawberry puree with candied corn flakes outside. Absolutely would try these. The little store had a bunch of candy and baked goods, it was bright and well lit and even though they didn't have inside seating immediately outside there are a bunch of seats. Both in the sun and out of the sun.

5/5 iced coffee, ambiance, service2/5 gelato & mousse cake I thought this store just had gelato and coffee but it has almost everything. Drinks. Candy. Snacks. Food wraps. S'mores kit. Coffee. Gelato. They gave me an iced coffee white Mac choc or nut or something, idk what it's called but it wasn't in the menu. It was strong and so good! We ordered a chocolate mousse cake and it was okay. We ordered 4 of their gelato and it wasn't omggg so good. It was alright. We ordered 4 for 4 of us and we didnt finish them. If ice cream is amazing good, I finish them. Lol Probably should make improvements of the gelato since it seems that's the focus of the store & being at this hotel too, it needs to be a lot better. I wouldn't get the gelato if I were to go again. I'd rather buy the bar ice cream in the fridge. Service was great. Love the first girl who helped us. Ambiance is cute We used our hotel credit for it all. So good!

When you are up at 6am at the Biltmore Resort with your toddler, this is the perfect little barista to grab an iced coffee and some pastries to take to the pool. Iced mocha was on point . Be mindful of the large candy display when you walk in with little ones. We had an early morning meltdown when we didn't leave with a lollipop as big as her face .

The coffees and the drinks and the cappuccinos are wonderful, and there is a great barista. However, today's experience was less than great in that I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. It must've been premade and left on the shelf for quite a while, and then zapped in the microwave. The bread was hard as a brick, and on the first bite, I cut the roof of my mouth. It was a rough - textured bread which didn't help. So it was like biting a rough textured brick.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by their gelato. Lacked authenticity and flavor was way off. Also bought a cup cake. As a cup cake lover and a person that can almost eat anything sweet, this was a first. I had one bite of the cupcake and threw it away. Overall experience was underwhelming.
