Visiting AZ. We decided to try this place out. The atmosphere and ambience were very welcoming and warm. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. The food was very good. We enjoyed this restaurant.

Service was friendly and at a good pace. Food was good, but all our dishes needed more sauce, which was provided upon request. Restaurant is tired and needs some TLC but it was clean.

The food is good, the service is lovely and personable, and the ambience is family oriented--a welcoming atmosphere! Been there a lot over the years and always pleased.

Yummy home style Italian. With memorable bread. Family friendly experience with cute decor and friendly staff. Our new favorite local Italian hole in the wall place.

So my wife, daughter and I were at a phone store WAY longer than we anticipated and were starving. The first place we went to (in the same plaza) had an 30-45 minute wait, so we walked to this place.Service was good, the Drinks were good, but the Pizza was just OK, not bad, not great. Small goat cheese salad we split was actually better than expected, but we were a bit disappointed on the Pizza. I would try a meal instead of Pizza if we have occasion to be back. Hand stretched dough, round, as you had to pick type of base and shape!

This restaurant is in a little strip mall area right next to a WinCo. I was in the mood for Italian so I figured I'd check it out and it was worth the wait. The garlic bread was crispy on the outside and nice and showing on the inside and lots of garlic flavor in it. Salad was well a salad. When I was really impressed about was the chicken bumpers and I ordered. Nicely soft with some very nicely and then take cooked spaghetti underneath it. This was some good food and the service was fantastic.

Third time was not a charm. It was a nightmare. We had been boasting to our friends how great the food and service was. Was, being the key word. We had Gerdy and Parker as servers our first 2 times. This visit was a table of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. We ordered the large appetizer sampler for the table to start. It was ok, nothing spectacular. The lobster Mac & cheese was amazing our first trip so I ordered the lobster m&c, hubby ordered the ribs with lobster M&C, our friends ordered salmon and baked ziti.I don't know what happened but the M & C was so dry, I took one bite and was done with it. It was only lukewarm warm at best. Hubby's ribs were smothered in bbq sauce then charred so much they were black and burnt. Our friend's salmon and baked ziti were also lukewarm warm. Upon raising our complaints to the manager, we were met with resistance and she was only willing to make us another meal. I'm sorry, I don't want you to remake dry Mac and cheese by warming it up with milk. At this point the only person satisfied with their meal was the 7 year old child that had pizza. This manager was very combative and she was only willing remove the adult meals. Our bill was still $70 and none of us will be back. One of the meals included a drink so we were only compensated for the meal and not the drink. A $4 iced tea was charged. Another complaint came from the men in our party. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. There was very few towels and little soap in the dispenser. My final complaint is them allowing dogs posing as a service dog. Prior to leaving and after our $150 check, my 7 year old granddaughter was running to the restroom. In order to access the restrooms you have to go through the bar. A couple with their pet were sitting in the bar. As she ran past the dog, it became aggressive and launched at her. This was clearly not an ADA service animal and should not have been in the restaurant. Especially since it was not trained appropriately. After my third visit it would be a hard pass for me to return. This just shows me that it's all about treating the customer respectfully and having good servers and managers. This night was not a representative of such.

We've been enjoying this restaurant since I was a little girl, visiting Arizona during school breaks. Now as an adult, it's a place my own little family now enjoys. The food is always spectacular. It's gotten a little pricier (as with everything) but it's somewhere we go to celebrate and when we are truly craving some authentic tasting Italian food, nearby! Our favorite is the chicken Parmesan!

We went there with friends for dinner. I must say the young lady that served us did a very good job. The restaurant is a little out dated but not bad.maybe get rid of the old vines and boards on the ceiling. The food. I had the veal and my wife had the shrimp Alfredo. She said the Alfredo sauce was scarce and the shrimp were small and tasteless like they were small cocktail shrimp but she did like the chicken.My veal was ok ( a little chewy for veal) but the marinara sauce was pale and bland. Along with bread that we pay for and one beer,one glass of wine and tip came to about $100. Really nothing to rave about.
