They're still finding their feet and ramping up to regular schedule - the biggest casualty seems to be laminated dough as I haven't been able to have a croissant or kouign amann yet. That being said the stuff I have had reminds me why they were always my favorite patisserie in Seattle. We've tried a quiche, a biscuit (gruyere and bacon!), the brown sugar blueberry cake (a delicious take on a muffin), and a cream puff. All were awesome and worth coming back for. The biscuit in particular is one of the best savory biscuits I've had. Really strong flavors and not dry at all. Can't wait til they're running at full steam.

Poor service, extremely rude. Poor selection of food and would not recommend this place at all.

We manged to visit twice this weekend and we will be back. Fluffiest quiche I have ever eaten and the scone was absolutely amazing. We had to wait in line for about twenty minutes but it was so good. They are just getting started so not everything is available, but if this is the start than wow!! Loved seeing the turnout this morning, Issaquah has needed a place like this for a long time.

Had a high expectation because people say it's good. Ordered a quiche it tastes just okay and it's quite salty. The tables are dirty. The shop is self serve, you need to clean up the table when you are done but they still expect you to tip.
