My husband enjoyed the lemon cookie. I felt like the cookies were too doughy. I know it's on purpose but to me they tasted uncooked. I also didn't like that the main idea is simply to add a topping rather than do anything much to the dough. I enjoyed the toppings though. Mainly I was put off by the uncleanliness of the location. Countertops were littered with crumbs and smeary with who knows what. As was the bottom of our box of cookies. The service was lackluster which seemed in keeping with the lack of hygiene.

Crumbl had their first cake which was the tree leches cake. It was soooooooo delicious, I'm glad I ordered the 4 pack. This was a first rollout of cake because they normally are known for cookies. But love the direction the company is going for! Service from my delivery person was good. She greeted and was nice.
