I received my order of Crumbl cookies last night and they looked horrible. The staff who worked last night did not care about Crumbl's reputation at all. Such a shame. I've ordered before and they have been fantastic. But last night makes me not want to order from them again. I did receive a refund. I believe the crew is giving me the runaround not letting me talk to the manager saying they will be in in the morning, and when I call, they say, "no, the manager is not in today. For sure they will be in tomorrow morning." I think the manager needs to see what staff is sending out when they are not there.Their cookies have been amazing in the past. Now I wonder.

Love the cookies but don't understand why it takes so long just to get the employees to hand you the cookies. As of now I've been waiting 20 minutes for a box of cookies!!!!!

The cookies tasted like eggs and were burnt on the bottom. The workers looked like they did not want to be there it took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged and the presentation of cookies were sloppy

I spent over $125 here on two cases of party cookies for an event. I placed the order around 5:15pm. I waited in line for over 45 minutes to get the cookies after already placing them 20 minutes prior to arrival. Once I arrived, the workers looked like they could not care less about their jobs and half the time they were moving backwards or standing around. I ended up having to leave or else I was going to miss the event. I attended the event came back at 8 PM to get my cookies and they informed me that they gave them to the wrong people and they were out of the order that I had placed. They asked me if I wanted the same type of cookie I will NOT be returning. I understand being busy, but that requires you to work a little quicker and not stand around talking to each other. Absolutely, nobody greeted any of the customers that walked in. Nobody acknowledged anybody in the waiting area. I had tipped them over $20 as well. Very disappointing.
