Crumbl - Mira Mesa

Crumbl is a pretty widely hyped sweets store amongst my friends, so I had to experience the sweets for myself. Unfortunately, this is probably my worst cookie experience ever. The cookies are filled with so much sugar I feel like I'm getting more sugar than the raw ingredient flavors of fruits, or banana, or whatever the dessert I am eating contains. I could not stomach anything except for the double chocolate cookie (after scraping off the frosting). Preferably, I would even say I could enjoy a simple grocery store Vons cookie more than Crumbl.Although my food experience was not good here, why I give it a two star instead of a one star is simply due to presentation and service. The presentation of the cookies are great and I love the colors and "omnomnom" lettering around the box. Advertisement and catchy colors are definitely the way to go. Ambiance and representation of the store itself also matched the presentation aesthetic. Props to the owners for keeping the brand good looking and nice.

Everyone raves about Crumbl and for whatever reason I always see them in offices or work events. Stopped by the Mira Mesa location after getting lunch at Bafang Dumpling. The staff were super friendly and the store was so clean!Whatever flavor I try, they are all rich and super dense. Also, they cookies seem like they are for people who like cookie dough because they are always a bit undercooked in the middle. These are so sweet, I can only eat a quarter of one - then it becomes too much sugar. They do have an extremely user-friendly-online ordering system and when you arrive they start packing your order. I liked them. I didn't love the cookies. I am in that group that prefers my desserts less sugary sweet and less intense.

The store is clean and well lit. The workers are really nice and friendly. The cookies are some of the best I've ever had!

I walked in at cookie Crumbl. I didn't know what flavors to get. The employee gave a a sample Good cookies. Friendly and great service. Amazing cookie flavors.

Not much crumbling from my first cookie experience here. We ate every crumb to be found!We ordered via one of the tables setup along the right of the store upon entering. A monitor is setup above this order area featuring the "flavors of the week" and other menu items available.Orders are promptly filled. staff show you the cookies BEFORE they close the lid to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.The cookies we picked were quite soft inside (if that's your thang) and I enjoyed them immensely. They honestly seemed more like small cakes than cookies to me given their consistency. Here's what we tried:- Chocolate Crumb: basically looks like half of a giant OREO cookie, which means to say it was a delicious mess to eat- Lemon Cream pie: it was like a cute little key lime pie in my opinion. Could use more lemon kick to it.- Cookie Butter White Chip: I'm a sucker for white chocolate so I was totally down with this one. The Biscoff made an awkward appearance on this cookie like it was an unwanted visit by your ex.- Peanut Butter Crisp: I'm sure Bart Simpson would appreciate a cookie with crushed Butterfinger on and in it.I'm not sure I can regularly justify paying $5 for a cookie. Definitely better to order at least 4 to see some cost savings per cookie. I see this more like something I would offer my kids (or myself) as a treat.

They have good cookies....basically $5 each...they rotate flavors weekly I believe. I've had several types and all are good. I liked the lemon with actual piece of lemon on top, second favorite was another lemon cookie but didn't have the real lemon which it should!!Im not a big fan of lemon so it's amazing I love theirs. Clean place with lots of parking due to the corner spot in the strip mall. So easy to park.

Love Crumbl very tasty well made and consistent helped me through my divorce trust me if you've had a bad day just order a 6 pack of these I Love It!! Can't go wrong with original chocolate chip food ambiance impersonal and easy to order love Crumbl

Delicious desserts and cookies My husband likes the classic chocolate chip cookie. I love the strawberry cookie.I love this place.Very fresh product and good quality
