I love Crumbl cookies but the customer service at this location is terrible. The girls are so unfriendly every time I've come in. They never greet you or ask if you have questions. I went in today and there was a guy in front of me using the screen. When he was done, I walked up and started adding my order to the cart. A worker comes up and just pulls the screen towards her and starts touching buttons. I was literally almost done and she didn't even say anything. I had a birthday coupon and she said I had to do a pickup order because the system wasn't working and I said okay. Then she said the coupon wouldn't work on the cake option for the week. And I said it would because my twin sister used her coupon and it worked for the cake cookie. She rolls her eyes and said "okay" and walked away. Then she went in the back to talk about it because other girls came out to stare. Just rude.

Great bakery! I've always heard great things about their cookies but I had to try. All the cookies came out soft and delectable, each very sweet. On top of that, on entering the establishment we were happily greeted and even assisted in making our decisions. Located within Westgate (during December) it's a great stop to stroll the entire area which was decorated for Christmas.

One of the most delicious cookies I have eaten is Crumbl's lemon poppyseed cookie. It is soft, chewy and tangy. One bite and I cannot stop.Why don't I have a picture? I ate it before I realized I forgot to take a picture. Oooops!!!!

Perfect place if you have a sweet tooth for sure. The cookies are huge and very filling! I enjoy how there is always something different each week. Went there on a Friday night and got the cookies right away. The employee was patient and very nice when we asked what cookies they would recommend for us. The place is nice and clean with the black and pink colors that surround the lobby. The only criticism I had is it is a little pricey. Overall, it's a good place to go to if you are craving a filling dessert.

Don't come in at 9:40 on a Saturday night because they're half out of their options they don't know any questions you ask and the two boys are pretty much just worried about getting out. I asked for at least a soft cookie which my cookie was still hard I definitely would not suggest coming to this location especially on a busy night when there's absolutely no customers inside you would think that they would be prepared for customers but unfortunately they're standing around and don't have any answers to any questions.

We ordered 3 mini cookies for mini Monday and didn't get the cookies we ordered. It took 15 minutes for the cookies to be brought out to curbside. I tried to go back inside to tell the employees but it was packed and no one was getting help. This place would run smoother if they had more than 2 people on a Monday, considering the new promo for mini cookies.

The cornbread!!! Are you even serious??? Wow! I cannot believe what I'm tasting? Completely unbelievable!

Service was fast All employees were very nice and helpful Cookies were fresh and delicious

The employee was super rude to us, told they didn't accept bills over $50 or Apple Pay, luckily I had a $20. While we were waiting it was the girls behind us turn to pay and the employee let them pay with Apple Pay, I feel discriminated against will never go again.

Yummy goodness! Great ideas for the cookies selections. Also fast service and each cookie is fresh and delightful
