This location has really good customer service and good quality cookies! I got the chocolate strawberry and waffle and it was so yummy!

Went in early on a Saturday morning, and the two people working there both greeted me with big smiles and hellos. Got a Monster cookie, and the worker took care selecting which one - it was even warm still because of the hour. Parking is easy, it's right off the 5, and the store was clean.

The actual Turtle Cookie (chilled dark chocolate cookie rolled in finely chopped pecans and topped with a scoop of caramel, melted milk chocolate, and a sprinkle of pecans) I received looked even better than the display sample so I was super excited, but texture and taste didn't live up to appearance...The dough was dense not crumbly and the predominant flavor seemed to be sugar rather than chocolate, caramel, or pecans. It's possible I chose wrong in selecting a chilled cookie and perhaps Crumbl is simply too sweet for my personal sweet tooth (beware the misleading calorie counts based on a serving size that's merely one quarter of a cookie!), but your mileage may vary.

Loved the strawberry cream and salted caramel chilled cookies. Today we're trying the Midway location and raspberry lemonade flavors

Return visit wasn't as good. The cookie was hard as a rock and subpar service. May need to find a new cookie haunt.

These cookies are decadent, and the menu changes weekly to keep it interesting. High quality and quantity at a bargain. The exterior of the cookies is crisp, while the interior is soft and slightly undercooked, which has gotten me hooked.Peanut butter brittle ($5): subtle peanut butter flavored cookie that is enhanced with the sweet peanut brittle glaze and crunchy brittle pieces, 8/10.Service here is brisk and cheerful.

The cookies can be hit or miss. That didn't stop us from trying as many flavors as we can on a weekly basis. The staff are very accommodating and helpful if there are issues. You can order from the crumbl app, notify the store you're in the parking lot, and they'll bring your purchase to you. The only issue with that is the parking lot is a headache and there's hardly ever parking in front.

Very good food! The cookies were very big but the flavors made it worth it! My favorite was the Kentucky butter cake I hope it comes back soon!
