Crumbl - Covington

Crumbl cookies legendarily changed the cookie game with their intense flavors, interesting combinations, and cookie creativity! The environment: In the building, it's clean, neat, and satisfying! The employees are nice as well. Service: You have to order from a kiosk screen and you usually only have to wait only 5-10 minutes at the most. The employees put your order in a box, and you're good to go! The food: Crumbl comes out with new flavors every Sunday! These new flavors replace the older ones, so you can only get what happens to be on the menu that week. They usually have 5 new cookie flavors available and ready each week. However, their classic chocolate chip cookie is always available! So, they usually have 6 cookies altogether available. Final notes: I really like the flavors Crumbl has to offer, but I do find quite a few of the cookies to be heavily rich - most particularly the chocolate ones. Crumble's cookies are delicious, though, and I would definitely recommend!

I am and have been a Crumbl fan since the Covington location opened. First off yes there are incredible flavors and yes, no one is pretending that they are pricey. So its a once in a while treat but why not treat yourself once in a while. I loved the cornbread cookie and several of their pie flavors as well. I just tried cinnamon scone and its another winner. I just wish they offered small cookies as an option and not just for catering

Is there another place with better cookies? Costco tried. Friendly staff, cool place and quick service. Always cool to chill there too.

The cookies were great, the hair that came out of my first bite of the second cookie was not as great. It was enough to spit it out & lose my appetite. #disturbed

I frequently order cookies from Crumbl and a consistent repeat customer. Cookies are tasty and family enjoys them. So that's why I gave Crumbl a 4 star rating. Not much for the service. Went to the Covington WA location this morning 9:30am (3/23/24) to pick up a bday gift for a friend. Walked in, the staff barely mustered a hello, more like a mumble. The gal who served me didn't ask me if I wanted to purchase or picking up an order. I offered that tidbit of info myself. "I'm picking up an order" and gave my name. She went ahead and looked at a screen and began to fill my order. She packaged it up slapped the happy birthday sticker and placed the tiniest string on what looks like a tiny bow. She handed it to me. Didn't say a word not even a thank you or have a nice day. I said thank you twice in the hopes it would influence her to muster some kind of "thanks,". So, Crumble, I hope the Covington WA staff get a bit more training. Courtesy shouldn't be lost for your customers. Thanks.
