Tasty indulgences! I always get the pink frosting cookie and try at least one of the seasonal cookies. They have had a cinnamon one that was heavenly. Inside feels high tech and industrial-efficient. Definitely a place to pick up and take cookies to enjoy elsewhere, not hang out.

The Beetlejuice cookie cake is so good! The only thing I would say about this location so far is sometimes the music is way too loud. Also, when I picked up my cookie today, they were out of the small boxes.

Good cookies and fast service! Decent amount of parking. I recommend ordering ahead on the app if you want to guarantee you can get cookies later in the night. Sometimes the minis sell out at the end of the night.

I waited for over an hour for 3 mini cookies. The person who was in charge of putting orders together was so rude and highly unmotivated. When a customer who had been waiting for more than an hour said this out loud to another customer, the employee was dismissive and rude. Super disorganized.

Without fail, they are always quick to extend a warm greeting and make you feel genuinely welcome. Their infectious smiles and friendly demeanor set a positive tone for the entire visit. The efficiency of service is remarkable. I consistently receive my order in a matter of minutes, and the service quality consistently hits the 100% mark. My journey with Crumbl Cookies began when my boss gifted them to me a few years back, and I've been a fan ever since. In fact, I've indulged in their delectable treats so frequently that I've lost count! Their cookies are nothing short of heavenly - moist, bursting with unique and addicting flavors that leave a lasting impression. Moreover, parking is a breeze at this location, with ample spaces available. The convenience of having other great stores in the same plaza, including Vons and The Alley, only adds to the appeal. But Crumbl Cookies on Clairemont has not only won me over with its exceptional treats but also with its outstanding customer service. It's a place I'll undoubtedly continue to frequent.

My wife loves every flavor that's white I'll continue to support this establishment. Cookies are expensive if you ask me but the staff is friendly and ordering them is a breeze

Just got the s'mores cookies a couple nights ago and they were perfection. We ordered on the iPad kiosk and the cookies were ready in less than 2 minutes. This location is simple but great!

I love their cookies and all the different flavors and varieties. So yummy! Their app is good to order from and service is fast!!

App glitched and switched my order location to this store after I placed the order. I immediately called multiple times to try to cancel the order/tell them not to make it but they never answered. Realistically they need more staff members if no one can pick up the phone.
