Crumbl - Lakewood

Update: still an awesome location. Fun to come here every now and then when new cookies drop that I haven't tried. They offer 10% military discount if you order inside. I prefer to order inside now because they show you the cookies before they close up the box. I feel like they make them look nicer when you order inside vs picking up at curbside. The staff are always friendly too!

Greeted as I came in, made me feel welcomed! Here for a pick up order, tres leches has been a fav since they dropped it. Cake is super delicious! Ambiance is open and welcoming greeted upon walking in!

I'm thrilled that we have this in the towne center but at the same time it's dangerous haha. They're quick and efficient, only reason why I'm not leaving a 5 star is that I was informed that a certain cookie would be available later in the afternoon but when my husband went by in the evening after I waited the timeframe they gave me, they told him and it wouldn't be available until the next day. We were misinformed and made an unnecessary trip out there.

Great service and cookies are always made correctly and fresh and warm. Prefer this Crumbl as it is always good and quick service

Lots of free parking. Friendly counter staff. Inside was bright and clean. They packaged our order up and made sure everything looked good/correct before he closed it up and handed the goods over.The toffee cake was a big hit with our family. Sweet chocolate soaked in a nice caramel sauce. A light whip cream topping and some toffee sprinkles.Blueberry pancake was just ok in my opinion but I'm not a big fan of the berry type cookies. Rest of the family loved it and the buttercream frosting was perfect.Love a nice and gooey peanut butter cookie! This did not disappoint! So good and probably by favorite of the 6 pack.Mint cookies and cream was iight, tasted a little to milky. The mint blue buttercream was delicious. This cookie is best if chilled.Kitchen sink was my 2nd favorite: loved the sweet chocolate mixed with all the salty crunchy treats. YumTraditional chocolate chip cookie was a bit too raw for my liking. But the overall flavor was on point.

Great quality and service. We always look forward to the new flavors and go back for our favorites.
