Amazing moist cookies with so many flavors. Best gifting option . Extremely clean place which makes extremely delicious cookies. I felt they are over sweet for my taste buds. Quick service.

Crumbl cookies continues to impress me. Great tasting cookies with an ambience and smell that will make you fall for one their cookies. Can't really pin point what they are doing wrong - this is everything you would want from a cookie. My only complaint with crumbl cookies is that they have limited flavors at one time - maybe that's their signature but you will always have limited options to choose from.

They just open in issaquah Highlands area months ago. Gotta try their pumpkin chocolate chip. Fyi, it is more feel like muffin top than a cookie, but I like it anyway. Store is pretty clean. There was only 2 ppl working when I visited the store on Sunday around 6pm. You can order using their kiosk by the wall instead of the counter with human. They are pretty fast. Plenty of parking. Btw the entrance by the parking lot is the back door. Love crumble cookies!

Crumbl cookies are their own separate thing -- I wouldn't treat them as a typical cookie per say. I tried the caramel pumpkin cookie here a couple of weeks ago and LOVED it. That being said, I think this location is a bit understaffed. The staff there were kind and moved as quick as they could and the store was very clean. I'll come back here next time I'm in town!

Gah! I am really bummed out to write this review. I hope that it won't discourage you from going in and trying the cookies, but instead help management get things together, because I want them to survive. I live in the neighborhood and it's a cute place and I love supporting creative businesses up here. It was a wet, cold rainy night and I needed an emergency birthday gift... actually, I needed three gifts. SOOOO, being late to the party, I ordered my three batches of 4 cookies each, online, 40 minutes ahead of picking them up. I was excited that I found an easy, cute, yummy solution for the the triple bday party I was going to be late to.I got there in a mad dash, to pick up my order, and the young girl making a new batch of cookies -- looked blank-eyed and wondered whatever was I talking about?? She had no clue I had even put in an order. When the young man saw all this happening, he sprung into high gear and quickly figured out the order and "POOF" together they made it all happen fairly fast for me. I have teenage kids too... so I know they didn't intend to be neglectful, they are just learning about running a store.I was disappointed that they had to prepare my order while I waited. What is the point of taking my time to order ahead if they are just going to make it while I wait? I could have spent my money and time shopping in a store if I wanted to do that. My husband, made me realize that 'these are just young kids' trying to manage a business on a Friday night by themselves and they probably don't have much experience with melding big picture and tiny detail thinking all at once. I was one of two customers -- and I would worry if there were a lot of people in here all at once.If this was my shop and I owned it, I would get a very experienced person to run this place and help with marketing, customer service, passing out samples, and put some comfortable chairs, maybe even a table in there for people to be able to sit down while they wait. I would also get new lighting... why is it neon white lights? It is blindingly bright -- and warmer lights would create a warmer environment. Maybe that is the franchise call, but they should re-think that. In all truth, this place is new and it is already running on auto-pilot and we know how that goes in the Highlands -- look at Zeeks. Do you remember the Yogurt Shop/Mrs. Field's cookies across the street from Zeeks? It was packed every day in the summer and every night year round, and it went out of business in just a few years. THAT was heartbreaking. If this was my shop, I would amp up the whole entire business and really invest in foot traffic. I would put promotions together for every single customer... "bring a friend", "come again and we will let you try a new cookie".... "new cookie Monday's", "afterschool specials" .... oh the things these people could do to double their foot traffic, but, this isn't my place. Saying all that... the 2 kids running the shop were friendly and they tried hard once they saw the problem and did everything they needed to do to get my order together quickly. They are trying, but is that going to be good enough for this cute little place to survive up here?? IDK.Go and try them. Their product is great... just need to invest in the experience and delivery of it. Okay, let's talk about the good part: The cookies... are a HUGE WOW FACTOR -- like eye popping WOWOWWW! My college kids, who I gave them too, LOVED THEM. My neighbor -- who told me to go there-- said it took her a whole week to eat her cookie. Now I know WHY!!!! These are massive, deliciously RICH, and they are actually 'the rich man's cookie' -- I had never even SEEN a cookie look like this. I was impressed seeing the girl MAKE them right at the counter. WOWO!I like that they sell them in bundles to make it easy. Their online selection process is so simple and wonderful to use, just hope they are reading the order on sight : ) You will drop a pretty penny on these cookies, but you will also make a WOW statement when you deliver them too!

Worst customer service. I was not acknowledged for the first 5 minutes of me standing at the front of the store by the three employees casually working. When I then tried to order at the self serve counter the minis order was greyed out. I then had to get one of the staff to try an assist who did not understand the system and had to get someone else. I was told they only do minis on Mondays. Your large cookie is pretty big for small children so I'd recommend reconsidering that. Further more you have a digital sign for your products so how about have it correctly reflect your offering on the 6 days of the week you do not carry minis.

This location has had great service so if you love crumbl I highly recommend this team but.. I was as excited as the next person when crumbl came along but after a while a lot of it just tastes the same and typically overpowered by the cream cheese frosting. I wish they'd focus more on cookies without the cream cheese as if u don't like that, you're out of luck most weeks. The rest of the cookies are great! But needs new variation.
