CRU Urban Lounge

The service was decent overall. The drinks were enjoyable, and the lamb chops were absolutely fantastic! However, it was disappointing that the time limit wasn't communicated until the very end.

The downstairs area is small but they do have seating upstairs. The food is pretty good. I had a steak quesadilla and fries. It turned me off a little because the ingredients listed on the menu didn't say cilantro was in the quesadilla i ordered. I don't eat cilantro but didn't think to ask not to add it because it wasn't listed. IYKYK. It took about 10-15m to get the food which put me off because i was sitting at the bar and you can see the cook and they were not busy at all, but other people around the bar had ordered food and theirs took longer as well. Their house tequila is Teremana and is $12 a shot. Just so you know where they are starting at. Hookah starts at $37... BUT they have FREE hookah on Mondays. So it's definitely note worthy. Oh... parking is valet if you can't park on the street. $10 on weekdays $20 on weekends.

It was cool spot. Parking isn't good. It's small. The food was ok. The music was good. The service was ok. we had to ask to order food. I don't know what it was happening but my eyes were burning while wee were there. We didn't stay long.

They actually close at 1 - not 2 am on weekdays.When you try to call the number, you get someone's cell phone or no answer at all.

Came here while out with family for a cousin's night out. We made a reservation for 20ppl and arrived on-time. Despite being on time, our table was given away to another party. Instead of correcting it or providing something for the inconvenience, we were crammed into a 10seater booth so the couples had to sit on each others laps. While there, the music was good and we had a good time. However, when it was time to check out, the waitress got our bill incorrect and charged the wrong amount for our bottles. She gave us a really hard time about correcting it and was hesitant to give us a receipt for the refunded amount. The night lasted longer than needed.Needless to say, I'm not in a rush to go back. If I did go back then I wouldn't come with a large party because reservations don't seem to be honored.

Hanging out & networking with WE OUTSIDE at CRU. We are having a great time popping bottles. Great vibe & place to enjoy & meet new people.

When I tell you this place is such a vibe. They definitely helped me celebrate my birthday. The service was amazing and our waitress made sure we had what we wanted. The food was amazing. The drinks will definitely get you there and there is a wide variety. They also have hookah and several flavors to choose from. They have tables, sections, and bar seating. Also, you can book a free 2 hour section to bring your birthday in which comes with a free bottle of champagne.

Everytime I come here, it says open online and the establishment is closed. I've checked on their website and also on Instagram. This is my 5th time having this experience. If I could give them no stars, I would. I've even called 7 times no answer.

Drinks are good. Will have to try the hookah. Food is decent for the type of lounge CRU is. I would go back after a night out.

On a girls trip and came through to see what's up. The Services is 5 star and I stamp and approve from Memphis!!!!!
