Crown Point Coffee

It's a cute little coffee shop down near the beach. Came here for the crème Brûlée, but they only have certain flavors on certain days so unfortunately I didn't get to try that particular flavor. The sweet girl helping was kind to answer my questions I had on coffees. I ended up getting a cinnamon latte espresso iced. I have yet to taste it , but they give you options for full , mild , or no sweetness. Which is aweosme !!! I also picked up a banana , chocolate bread. No nuts! For my trip back on the road and I'm excited to eat it with my hot coffee later !!! There's seating outdoors , not inside. I can imagine parking can be horrid as there's sight saying when they get long lines. (Only means it's a good spot !!As I'm writing my review waiting on my drink and first impressions .... drum roll FIRST SIP... SOOOOOO SMACKIN GOOD!!! I am sad I'd leave San Diego and not find a drink close to it ' it's sooo good. I am trying to think if I can handle a second cup bc I want to go back before they close. 5 plus stars !!!

One of the best iced matchas I've had In. My. Life. Acai bowl + PB is huge and delicious. The best acai base and lots of fresh fruit. Cute out door patio seating and super friendly staff. LOVE this spot

Coffee was good. They took a while to bring out the coffee and had messed up a few orders ahead of mine. Should have known that my order was made wrong also. I didn't try the açaí or breakfast but there were more orders for food than coffee

This is our regular spot. Usually there is a line but they get the orders out pretty quickly. I don't think I've had a bad thing from Crown Point Coffee. They have something for everyone. I love their amazing lunch sandwich.

This became our morning spot every day of our short vacation here in San Diego. Very good coffee, wonderful smoothies, quick and friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. Our daughter enjoyed using their chalk while we waited for our refreshments.

*I changed my review to 1 star given the nature of management's reply. This is meant to be a space for constructive criticism; management that doesn't understand this clearly doesn't aim to improve their service. I have worked in customer service, which is why I am frustrated when I see a smoothie already made sitting melting in a corner rather than being handed to a customer who has been waiting 15+ minutes and already has the remainder of their order. Your reply has only further made my point: customer service should be just that, serving the customer to the best of your ability. Replying with the implication that your customers are impatient or stupid is not how you do this. Good luck on your future endeavors!Since this is the only coffee spot in the area, it gets very crowded. The parking lot is extremely tight so look for a street parking spot. Some staff members are helpful while some are the complete opposite. Coffees were quick to come out, but the smoothie took 15min while our coffees were getting cold.When I approached the pickup window, I was ignored twice then the employee turned with an attitude, I asked for the smoothie ETA & she grabbed it from the counter to hand to me... it had been sitting there for a while. I give it 3 stars because the PSL is delicious.

Delicious! There are so many options at Crown Point Coffee. Too many good ones to choose from. A great problem to have ! I found parking easily, and so did my friend. We took our coffee on a walk around Crown Point. I look forward to coming back and grabbing a new drink!

Staff was friendly. Good vibes. Got a half decaf iced americano that was to be expected/above average. Some outdoor seating. Some vegan food options available.

Loved the idea of this spot, but disliked my experience. The wait was exceptionally long for very below average coffee & food. Staff wasn't the nicest either. There are better spots you can get breakfast or coffee at, just wasn't for me.

Service-needs big improvementI wait over 10 minutes for 1 basic latte.After me a family of 4 ordered food and drinks. Their order was served before mine-With a staff of 4! Not happy. Latte not great for such a wait.
