Crossroads Grill

Didn't get what I asked for. Asked for chilli cheese fries and the first time I received ketchup and mayo. The second time I received hot sauce and little bit of cheese (maybe). What kind of service is this? Don't eat there. Fish is also been under cooked

Was looking for a "carnivore" option in crossroads and decided to give this place a try. My spidey sense always kept me away from this place, but my autoimposed dietary restrictions today forced me to try it. Got a double cheeseburger with bacon. I asked if they could make it triple, but they would have charged 5$ for the extra patty, so I declined. Then I asked if the bacon was real bacon (because the menu says turkey bacon) and they said yes, but it wasn't. Or at least, it was a really lean and weird bacon. I discarded the bun (which I didn't want to eat and was soggy anyway) and overall it was not bad, but definitely not memorable. Next time I'll try Dick's, even if it's not as conveniently located.

Stopped here this past weekend for lunch as we were in the area. Should have went to Dick's or Potbelly Sandwich Shop down the street. My husband was lucky as his fish and chips were good. I ordered a mushroom burger with fries. The fries were good. The burger was dripping grease. Ugh. I finally had to take it apart and eat the bun. I'm surprised that I didn't get sick. Never again.

I had the arctic cod fish and chips! I'm not exaggerating when I say that it was the perfect blend of crispy batter and fish. Nothing felt overpowering and they were crisped to perfection! I'm also a huge fan of tartar sauce and the fries and fish and chips just went so well together with that sauce. I can't wait to come back and try some more!!

= Crossroads Grill & Burger =Today I came across this newly opened American burger shop inside crossroad mall in Bellevue.Upon seeing Halal Kofta Burger on their menu i asked if other items are also Halal. The owner who is a Muslim told me that everything except two items can be made Halal upon request. This is awesome since to my knowledge there is no other place on the east side serving halal American style sandwiches. He also assured me that they make sure there is no cross contamination. I decided to order a double cheese burger with fries and shawarma wrap. The burger patties tasted good, the fries were fresh, crisp outside and soft inside. I specially liked the shawarma which is made very differently than other places. Along with a variety of American favorites including charbroiled hamburgers, classic sandwiches like Reuben and roast beef, Alaskan cod fish & chips, milkshakes are on the menu.

UPDATE OCTOBER 3, 2023:Tonight, I had a Reuben on Rye sandwich for $12.49 plus tax, plus a cup of water at no additional charge. The water was served immediately. Though the wait for the sandwich was a little long. But since it was so righteous, I retained their five star rating. This, especially since when I later asked for another cup of water, I was offered an additional cup of water. (though I declined the 3rd cup) A vial of ketchup comes standard with the sandwich without mustard. Though when I asked for a vial of mustard, I got it at no additional charge.

Try one more time! And still cannot do the good job ! Every thing over cook and ask them not to overcook in advance but they just ignore very disappointed!!!! Will never visit again

Lady was super rude and bothered. Took 10 minutes plus for a cheeseburger and she had a horrible attitude.

Great food with cool paneer burger and wrap options and AMAZINGLY awesome fries!!! The menu had a ton of great burger and diner style options in the middle of crossroads international food court! Loved it!

Ordered garlic fries and got this. It's disgusting and does not taste like garlic at all! Asked for a replacement of regular fries and the guy told us "you ordered garlic fries, that's what you get. Discard it if you don't like it." They were very rude, especially him. Definitely not worth the $6.99 we paid for it. Never ordering from them again. Someone needs to learn customer service skills and how to make GARLIC fries!
