We were looking for a Korean fried chicken restaurant and thankfully Cross Street hit it out of the park!! What made it exceptional besides the chicken was our server Carly. She recommended the soy garlic and Seoul spicy wings and she was not wrong. Carly was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Many times the service makes or breaks a restaurant. The chicken was fresh because you do have to wait for your chicken. It was crispy and moist! Definitely want to try the other flavors like the Thai chili and other things on the menu because it's pretty extensive. I highly recommend Cross Street to get your Korean food and chicken fix! Thank again Carly!

Been here 3 times.First time was a pickup years ago, it was pretty good.Next time went, and has to justify it for the price.Yesterday tried it again, and it was so mid. Like for $21 for 6 wings you think I'd be getting great food but it's so so mid. The chicken BARELY had sauce, so it was basically plain chicken with light sauce? (Honey sweet and garlic parm) I'd much rather gone to epic wings

Cross Street holds a special place in my heart because it was the first meal my coworkers invited me to order with them at this job when I had newly started. I've only had their chicken sandwiches, but the chicken is good quality, the breading is optimal, and the flavors I've tried have been good (hot chicken and classic chicken). The sandwiches are also huge and could probably be split with another person. That being said, the sandwiches are pretty expensive when you compare them to the average chicken sandwich: around a whopping $15, which doesn't include a side. It's also about $5 extra to add a side, and I'm sorry but fried potato products should not be that expensive. The employees here were definitely nice, and the restaurant was mostly clean, but their arrangement of the tables and chairs is kinda odd and awkward, and all the booth seats look like they need to be replaced. Haven't tried the drinks here yet but may come back some day for a trivia night. Other than that, can't really see myself spending too much time inside of this place, and will probably continue to order takeout from here (and only occasionally because $$$).

PARKING IS AWFUL. The lot is small and already full at opening time. There was zero street parking. Luckily, we needed to shop at mitsuwa market anyways so decided to just park in that lot, which coincidentally ended up being the closest parking area anyways.Ambiance: Nicely air-conditioned after our walk from where we parked. Best playlist ever with all the greatest hits of the 2000s! Service was efficient and friendly. There are two bathrooms that were pretty clean. Food: Overall, pretty good if you are in the mood for Asian-style fried chicken-Garlic Parmesan fries (+$1 upgrade to the 4 piece tender combo we ordered): The fries were crisp & somehow every piece was coated in a flavorful dusting of parmesan. I think the upgrade was worth it. - Corn poppers ($11.50): Deep fried breaded balls of cheese, corn, and jalapenos. We do not generally like spicy food, but this had just the right amount of heat to not detract from the flavor of the rest of the dish. I definitely recommend ordering this as an appetizer. - Soy garlic chicken wings: Tender dark meat with a well-seasoned sweet and savory exterior. - OG tenders: Breast meat so dryer than the wings, but the batter was crunchy & overall it paired nicely with the honey mustard dipping sauce. I did wish they had a heavier hand with the salt/pepper/paprika seasoning so that the breading could have more intrinsic flavor (sort of like with Taiwanese popcorn chicken)

My first high school date was at this very Cross Street, so this place meant a lot to me. Unfortunately, food has just not been the same. Their signature fried chickens that they are known for have been relatively soggy - as I went there for 2 different occasions. The honey butter was yummy and perfect for my preference for sweeter flavor. However, the Thai chili was a bit all over the place. Regardless, I do appreciate the variety of flavor options being offered as I can always rotate or try new things. I would give their corn appetizer 6 out of 5 star if I can. I finished that plate clean.Quick service. It's a small place so there are limited seating.

Once again, my friend brought me here, because this is where they come to get their Korean fried chicken. They were other things that I would've tried on the menu, but they suggested that I get the wings. First off, they were huge! Well, seasoned down to the bone. I opted for the soy garlic And the Thai chili ones. Both were absolutely delicious. I also love the fact that they had outdoor seating with heaters above, so that you can enjoy being outside in the southern California weather.

I took a coworker here for lunch because she wanted to try some Korean food. We ordered the classics - corn cheese, pork dumplings, kimchi fried rice, and wings (soy garlic and OG). The side dishes and fried rice was okay - I thought the best tasting item was their wings. It was hot, crispy, and well seasoned. We both enjoyed the flavors we choose and I think I would try their spicier selections for my next visit. The wait staff was also attentive and we were done with lunch within the hour.

Always delicious. We love the tots and chicken and waffles. The waffle is very sweet! Corned cheese is also a favorite. Dining both indoors and out. It can get loud. They also have happy hour.

Parking was pretty easy in the afternoon surprisingly! It's a small lot, but there were several spots open. The "wait time" was only 5 minutes. We got our chicken and fries fairly fast. It smelled incredible and was packaged very nice as well. They gave us ranch and napkins. We specifically asked for 5 soy garlic WINGS and they gave us 1 wing and 4 drumsticks. I got the "5 wings combo," the combo being that it comes with French fries. The fries are lightly fried and seasoned and they are long too. They are pretty tasty with the ranch. The chicken was delightfully crunchy and well sauced but I really dislike the fact they didn't give us a majority of wings since that's what we specified for. We ordered Soy Garlic, but I have to say this is on the sweeter side than savory. The garlic can't really be tasted. Two pieces is my limit for how sweet forward it was.

This place has some pretty good Korean fried chicken. They do additional Korean side dishes just as well as their fried chicken if you're asking me.Service is good. This place can get busy, but they're staffed well and things flow. They have indoor and patio seating. The parking lot they share with other businesses is way too small. It can be a little frustrating coming here during rush hours.... It think it's no secrete, there were a few to-go orders going out the door during our visit. Five stars for some pretty good comfort food.
