Terrible customer service and low quality food. We ordered the pork belly with rice and an order of lumpia. The lumpia was not crispy and seemed like it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The "pork belly" was not good because they were rude and gave me 90% fat and a very small amount of meat. As you can see in the picture. When we complained to the manager that we would like a refund. He said no because we ate some already. We had only taken one bite and didn't realize it was all fat until we tried it. So how is that our fault?! Also they threw what was left over away before asking if we wanted it back. So we basically paid $12 for a pile of lard and rice that ended up in the trash! They probably threw it away because they knew it was not edible. Also, what we did try of the pork belly was not good. No flavor and the skin was way too hard. They don't boil it first to soften the skin before frying it seemed. Now we know why the other restaurant closest to the front by the windows was super busy and had a really long line. They must have way better food and customer service! I will be sure to go there next time instead.

Really yummy calamari from here, and the lumpia were pretty good too. A bit stingy with the portions. Good prices if you get the combo meal deal. Some stuff looked sort of old though, so choose your dishes wisely. The rice is rice, a bit on the harder side. Yummy lemon sauce, not so yummy other sauce. Fast place to get fried food, standard asian supermarket food court vibes.

The combo prices are reasonable but I did not like my food. Pork bagnet is a signature Filipino meat that is always tempting to get. Basically, at least half of my meat was dry, parts crumbled like gross dust in my mouth. Parts of the skin were over fried. The rice grains had mashed together into some rice paste. Definitely not fresh for a while.

The food is great, everything else is subpar, to put it lightly. I've come here on several occasion to order the crispy bagnet, which is out of this world. If you're a big fan of fatty, juicy pork, this place is for you. The rice is also hot and always compliments the bagnet. The price too is quite reasonable. However, there are two problems with this place. First, the food is almost always cold or lukewarm at best when I get it. I get that it's sitting out, but I've come at multiple different times, and it always tastes old, which is a major turnoff.Second, it takes an eternity to get your food, here and the other places next to it. I was once in a line with 3 people ahead of me, and it literally took half an hour to get our food. Seriously? It's already sitting out. It shouldn't take this much time to dump the food onto a plate and give it to us. It's so painful to watch the workers give out food at a snail's pace.Overall, the food is good, but this place is lucky that there aren't a ton of Filipino options in the area.

I'm surprised the rating is at a two stars. It's a fried food stall! It's like heaven for all fried food lovers! You can choose between a few combos. Essentially getting a fried entree and a side dish (which most are fried). The bagnet was what I've been craving for a while now and so I knew I had to get that. And because I didn't just want to eat white rice with a bunch of fried stuff, I opted to some laing (dried taro leaves in coconut milk) because you know, health. I can't say I've had a lot of laing but it tasted very hearty on it's own. A little bitter and a little sweet from the coconut milk. All in all, it was a decent lunch for about $10. My biggest complaint was that some of the food items had been sitting out there for a while and looked a little sad, especially the two non-fried vegetables dishes. And eating at 12 on a Friday afternoon, I expected everything to look a little fresher. The pork belly is where it's at. It's a pretty popular item and so you can probably bet that it's replaced quite often. Regardless, this place is definitely worth trying if you know what fried goodness you want.

Poor service. We went here last night and was browsing thru their (crispy town) menus. I finally went to the line and asked for the Laing when the snotty order taker, Ramilio P., snapped at me because I made a wrong choice of order, it was between hometown and combo menu. Even the people around me who were waiting to order saw your bad customer service skill. Look, be happy you have a job. And if you don't like your job, QUIT! You clearly have no experience in food service. Never coming back here again. Your foods tasted like left overs, fatty, and salty.

Our favorite next to jollibee. We got a system down when visiting this place. Eat at crispy town for their porkchops and stews then grab a couple of jollibee buckets. Love it. Only thing we really don't like is sometimes you could be getting a bowl of straight fat from some of their dishes.

Well if you want a hearty breakfast make your way to Crispy Town inside the Seafood City grocery store. Choice of two meats two scoops of really good rice and two eggs. A filling Filipino meal at a great price. Only knock were the eggs were really well done.

More like artery clogging, heart attack town. After moving to Chicago, I never thought I'd have legit Filipino food ever again. This food stall is located inside Seafood City along with several other food vendors. They really bring back that comfort level of food I used to eat back in LA. The only gripe here is that it's not as freshly prepared as I'd like. The stall doesn't get busy so I'm not sure how quick the foods sitting there gets rotated. What I love that's really bad for you is the pork chicharon and crispy chicken skin. I was excited when I saw them deep frying a fresh batch, so I had to buy some. It's a little over salted but the flavors are good.

I prefer this place than the next door grill place. I order the combo meal with fish pinangat and tinumis if available. . They make them exactly how my Lola used to. They put in separate containers so they don't mix. I feel guilty looking at the fried items, but they look fabulous. I will buy their ukoy if they still have it.
